Blood pressure med and fatigue

I have htn and I’m on irbesartan 300 mg.
If I check my bp when my kids are home it’s 154/90 so I take 150 mg during day but I notice an hour or two I’m extremely fatigued. I’ve been on it over a year but someone mentioned the other day that their bp med caused fatigue. I started to take note and noticed it each time I took it…

Which other med would work but not cause this? Hard to function if I just want to sleep all day. I’m thinking a calcium channel blocker, verapamil vs diltiazem

You weren't able to get BP down by cleaning diet, cardio, losing weight etc? One reason why I never hopped on BP meds all the sides.

No, I tried celery seed extract, tons of aerobic excercise, fish oil, even phlebotomy etc
Everyone in my family has it, genetics

Telesmartin at 40mg to stsrt then 80mg of needed and 2.5mg of almophine has been amazing for me zero issues. I also just started 20mg cbd tabs, made a huge difference in blood pressure and litterly just came off telesmartin but kept the 2.5mg alomphine. Sometimes my blood pressure is too low now lol.

Yes, shitty grade 9 education lol spelling and i are not friends, phones are only as smart as there user apprenttly lol. So yes amlodipine 2.5mg is all im taking now with 20mg cbd.

But telesmartin worked great in combo with amlodipine.

Damn, that sucks. My family has blood pressure issues, but somehow I escaped… except on cycles. I am able to fix it by cleaning my diet, eliminating caffeine, etc.

But every cycle I’m on causes me extreme fatigue and I don’t take BP meds.

Wonder what else it could possibly be? I get that everyone is different, but what are you taking? What’s your current cycle compound list? Any HGH? That gives me hardcore fatigue. So does test by itself…

I even take 5 mg cialis for bp and see no difference
I blast and cruise I was on 500 test and 500 deca and my meds wouldn’t touch my pressure. So I switched to 300 mg a week prop but stopped that last week as I keep reading so many people my age 43, or early 50s dying of heart attacks. I have 6 kids now and I really have to take this seriously. As of one week ago I’m on 100 mg test trt dose and 500 iu hcg twice a week. Also arimidex .5 twice a week. My ultrasensitive E2 and my HCT are normal…

I just don't understand people that have such horrible medical conditions and take steroids. Don't answer, it's just stupid in my book.

High blood pressure is such a horrible medical condition? Is your labs perfect? Is your bp mildly elevated? If your ldl is high you should never use anything? Don’t reply.

I am not trying to put you down, it does worry me to see your BP high... but apparently roids don't even move it for you? Either way, it's your life! Just stay safe.

My bp average is 140/85, my cardiologist says it’s not that bad, it’s just more me trying to get it to 120 levels.
Seems like only steroids that affects my bp is superdrol, anadrol and deca. Test, oxandrolone etc don’t move it much

Since you replied, then I will reply too.

Yes, not really, ldl is never out of range hdl on the low side but still in range.

Not trying to be a jackass, but really I don't think people with such medical conditions/complications touch steroids. Am I automatically a bad guy now for saying that. Idk.

IMO telmisartan is way better for lowering BP vs irbesartan like Harley said 40mg Ed up to 80ng if needed.
Non pharmaceutical route ditch the kids and the wife all horrible for your bp

No I appreciate your feedback, that’s why I’m on 100 mg test a week now…

I just feel if someone’s bp is 130/75 they are not necessarily stupid for using…

So it's 130? I thought it's 150+ constantly and that's very bad, so I thought it's not smart to take steroids on top. I maybe misunderstood what you were trying to say, I guess.

Bostin Loyd had hypertension and on Dave Palumbo's advise took ramapril and had the same fatigue issues so he decided to just live with high blood pressure, it wrecked his kidneys then he had his aorta rupture during/after a workout at 29 yrs old.

Now, I personally haven't had an issue with fatigue while on the ace inhibitor telmisartan but you generally don't have fatigue while on tren and boldenone.

A downside to ace inhibitor is you don't really get much, if any, benefit for a few weeks. It takes time to work.

You can also consider 200mg CoQ10 daily. That's been known to reduce bp by about 10.

The major cause of his kidney damage was from a fat burning peptide adipotide I think was the name. Hypertension definitely didn’t help, but it was more of an acute thing caused by the peptide.
