<serious> From what I've known from the trans friends I've had (all MtF), nothing changed with their sexual orientation, although they did have decreased sex drive with testosterone blockers. I've also known a lot of gay people that use steroids; there's a subset of gay men that want the hypermasculine ideal. From what I've heard from gay friends, a *lot* of gay men are really heavily into gym culture, at least when they're younger.
