I was sent somebody else’s order, then asked to take the risk of sending that person their own order and paying for that shipping myself
Then today months later I finally received my original order, only for it to be incomplete and missing items I paid for.
I was recommended these guys by a good friend of mine who has many many clients with them all with positive experiences, so I am really unlucky here it seems, but I felt it was important to share and hopefully be made right.

Same thing happened to me. Except- I never got my original order ever.
AND the order that did come had “inspected by US customs” tape on it. Very weird situation as I’ve had many successful touchdowns with them. Also it was a US domestic order. So, not sure why customs tape was on it… shouldn’t that have been USPS postal inspection if it was domestic?
This is very typical response from China sales reps and typical risks and problems with retail level sourcing from China. When you calculate the risk, the time, and the 1 in 3 chance of something going wrong (bad product, underdosed, missing items, price for testing to be sure etc) you see that ordering from a lower cost trusted domestic seller is not that much more expensive. You pay for someone else to deal with these hassle and costs.
I buy from China for many years as source buyer for employers and this is typical even at wholesale but you have to know how to handle, have local agents to inspect orders, even fly there to meet at factory for large orders. Cost of doing business and why a guaranteed vial costs more from domestic source.

I have placed a stupid amount of orders with them. Pretty smooth overall. A few issues that was resolved.
I have had a higher incidence rate going to my favorite restaurant.

Confirm if it's the same rep or else Tracy will just give tell you to pound sand lol.
If I'm in your boat I will not risk becoming a distributor because of a vendors mistake especially if it's illegal where you're from. Jesus, imagine the charges if they are able to track it back to you, international drug exportation case damn.
Try to get it resolved if they refuse, post your experience and chalk it as cost of doing business and move on, just be safe and don't put yourself in more dangerous position.

My experience was with Tracy.
The resolution offered was for me to ship it to the person who’d ordered it. Gave out dudes whole info, name address , etc.
The product I ordered had gone out of stock US domestic so I was offered credit. I didn’t wanna go through all that. I don’t ship stuff and especially since it came wrapped in “inspected by customs” tape
Damn, I guess they don't care since it's not illegal in their country to ship raws, no matter what you do just keep in mind the consequences just to save a small amount.

It was a US domestic order. Weirdest part, should’ve came from their US warehouse.
If it really was inspected between shipping from US warehouse to me, I’m lucky they mixed it up and put peptides in- instead of the oils I had ordered…
