Taking 300mg test weekly
40 mg dbol oral daily
20 mg anadrol oral Daily
Haven’t gained a pound or strength
Eating 3000 calories a day

We need to know your stats. Height and weight, approx bodyfat %. And how far are you into your cycle?
 
How are you tracking your calories? You need to find your TDEE and evaluate what you should be consuming.

Drop the orals and run test. Based on your post history kudos on the weight loss. You may not be training intensely enough based on your previous injury and how much you’ve healed as well. Caloric surplus + intensity will yield gains.

See the above posts. I don’t think more AAS is the answer. Too many variables we need to know to help.
 
300mg is an underwhelming amount of gear. Where is it from? I’m curious how you’re measuring out the orals too because I’ve never really seen dbol or anadrol dosed outside of multiples of 25mg.

Someone’s gotta say it though…. If you’re asking this question and taking this weird low cycle, you probably need to start over on your research. This sounds exactly like something a college kid would do after watching a couple MPMD videos. Your test is probably barely higher than a natty, you aren’t aware of how important it is to increase calories, and neither of those orals is a full dose that a grown man would be taking,
 
Yea I’m going w fake gear, I don’t run my test high at all. I gain size on trt doses but training and diet are dialed in. We don’t know what your training looks like so this is a hard question, but if are hitting at least 5 days and eating, fake gear is probably what you have. Someone could be consuming 3000 a day but it could be 3000
Calories of shit, not complex carbs or high protein…

Body fat on local scale says 9%. So probably a little higher. I have abs so in ballpark. If gear is fake I’m gonna be pissed lol.

How long have you been running this cycle for? How tall are you?

Your gunna need more than 300mg of Test and 3000cals mate.. Drop the orals and ramp test to 500-600mg, you will be feeling this after 3 weeks.. Up your calories and make sure you only count complete protein sources..

Or even keep a low dose of Dbol in to get the gains going.. Either way training are diet are bigger factors.. How often do you train and what's your split like?
How long have you been training and do you have any previous experience with gear?

Your test is low for a cycle, and why are you taking BOTH Dbol and Anadrol? One or the other man!

You left out your training, are you following a real properly laid out program, or some googled up crap?

You can take all the gear you want, nothing out competes bad training, bad recovery, or badly formulated nutrition, nutrition is more than a calorie count.

I do full body splits every other day. My 3 kids and job dictate this. I feel it works best for me. I honestly put in the work and count everything I eat.

At the end of day it sounds like (assuming my stuff isn’t fake) I need to up Test and eat more which i get. Maybe up the dbol and drop anadrol

Yeah don’t listen to the “fake gear” comments
Doubt you’re getting high enough intensity doing full body split workouts every other day. No one can assume without knowing (myself included) but that is not a good split for putting on mass at all imho.
3 kids and job doesn’t force a full body EoD split. There are better options for your goals even with a very limited time schedule
I say it’s a training/diet issue and not gear related at all.
Don’t run dbol and drol together
You need a lot more education it sounds like with training and gear
This is just constructive criticism and not trying to come off in a bad way but rather just giving my honest opinion based on the information you provided
Hope you get it sorted and good job putting the effort in with a family and busy schedule, that’s already more than most do.

Ok so Test at 400-500mg and completely upto you for the Dbol.. If you've had any recent bloodwork done you will know if your safe or not to run it.. Up the calories for sure my man and maybe have a look at some Mike Mentzer videos on YouTube.. He basically made a living getting 9-5 guys jacked who had barley anytime to train..
