During the EQ promo I wanted to order something but the shit show was so incredible I decided not to. Fun fact is, I initially sent and order to Jennifer for some EQ and she responded with the price list (that I didn't fucking ask) showing 3x the price of everything. I however did ask her along the way what other payment she accepts besides crypto and she didn't reply to that. That was the hint that source lost it's way.
Jennifer has no reading comprehension and is going to doom you my dude. Hell everything went to crap since she took over as someone else pointed out. Add on top of that shipping issues, package leaks, and increased prices, I really don't see the point in ordering from that source anymore. Maybe for promo only but even that is risky.
The experience with SSA and HYB are much better and price have barely changed.

I'm talking for myself but have you ever seen me go on a source thread and shit on them randomly just because? Nope. I mean I was the one blind testing the fucking Trenbolone E After so many kept asking for it and allowed him to show once more that the gear was well dosed.
Marcus has been the undone of himself but it's not like he can't get back from it, a source when start making mistakes should get grilled to the bone, it shows character too, if he can deal with the pressure, can work fast in finding a solution and keep the business afloat it's a source worth staying.
Telling you the truth Meso lately is filled with shit sources that I'm not even sure how they can still be there, in the old times 70% of these sources would have been destroyed on a daily basis by the Meso police done by MANY of the OG individuals. I'm not talking about 2-3 persons, I'm talking 15-20+ users going like a pneumatic hammer all over sources thread and dissecting them with a scalpel.
So yeah shitting on sources just for fun is stupid, shitting on sources with good reasons and having fun while doing it... I see no bad there
You can't use Tracy as an example, Tracy is on a world of his own, simply because of the prices. That's the ONLY reason Tracy can get away with all the shit he does. He have the power to say fuck off eat shit because no one can put a dent on his business as the sheer volume of clients he has it's unprecedent.
For Marcus it was the same with the old prices, he fucked up there, not because he can't raise his price, he can of course, it's his business but when those prices and a quality service is what divide you from

Well he fucked up on the quality of service, he is not clear with communication, he is greedy and cheap in compensating for mistakes, he contradict himself plenty of time but worse of all, he lies and think it's ok

List of needs:
1) new domestic shipper who’s IQ you can’t roll on a pair of dice. Given the price of shipping being charged and the upcharge on domestic oils, high quality individual should be easily affordable while leaving plenty of margin left over
This is, imo, the biggest remaining issue. My understanding is that domestic shipments are packed like a 5 year old is enlisted to throw this stuff together. Poses unnecessary risk to customers. Simple solution to fix broken vials from leaking through and causing soaking wet box.
2) better shipping packaging (no wet boxes if vial breaks)
Marcus has agreed many times to provide better packaging. There have been several members to offer great suggestions to remedy. The proof will be in future international orders and their packaging (e.g. additional bubble wrap, less glass on glass, sealed wrap to ensure no leak if vial broken, additional padding). I assume that Marcus controls international package shipping whereas he does not have the same level of control of domestic package shipping.
The incident where same tracking number was provided for a reship was a customer oversight. Chalking this up to user error, aka mistake.
Is this an exhaustive list? No, it's not. This list represents my opinion on the higher priority harm reduction (inclusive of potential legal issues) focal points.
One thing that comes to mind as future goal:
1) batch numbers (or some distinguishing characteristic) and relevant testing associated with each new batch

If you don’t address these issues with the packaging and your over priced shipping, and post proof of the new packaging. This is hutech all over again, half of their customers get knock and talks by the police (this is not a joke, go look). This is a very serious situation and I feel you aren’t taking it seriously.

I think hutech claimed to have fixed the shipping issues 15 or 20 times but not once did it. Another layer of bumble wrap isn’t going to cut it. Bubble wrap is not water proof

Did he fucked up with packaging in some orders? Yes. Did adequate time passed and he DIDN'T fix the problem? No. If he continued to have leaking packages for 1-2 months, sure go ahead and rip him a new one. 3-4 packages and everyone crucified him.
Logistics is messed up for all packages coming from China. I have 3 packages stuck from 3 different vendors (one of them being Tracy) that shipped end October to early November. I am going to wait it out a bit more cause that the way it works. 2 days ago I received a reship from an order I made at August 8th. Shit happens sometimes.
