MCT vs Grape Seed could be arguable but Castor Oil doesn't even stand close with all it's cons. Because of Castor Oil it could be more prone to cause allergic reactions and PIP.

afaik due to the high smoke point of mct oil, you can use it for dissolving many substances. if it is one of the miglyol line, miglyol-812 is supposed to be the most harmless.

I like it's very thin and injects well with a 30G but not sure how much it shortens half-life.
