Just sent a Domestic order… let’s see how this goes.

Argh... What is up with these Chinese sources? It's like they've all completely dropped the ball and stopped giving a fuck about being successful. I didn't need the EQ or much of anything else atm but the group buy was too tempting and GA has always made really good gear. So along with the kit I grabbed some Tren Ace and Mast Prop. I also used their Anadrol before and thought it was excellent so I added it to my order.

I made the bc payment on Monday and took pics of the transaction along with email confirmation. Then I immediately emailed everything that is required to get the ball rolling. It's the same process as always. Today is Thursday and I'm being told they never received it. I checked and it was sent Monday evening. It's not the end of world. I'm in no rush and a 3-4 day delay is no skin off my nuts. It's more about the fact that I took care of my end of the transaction and I expect the same of them. It's not like these Chinese sources have much more room to slip up. They've almost all gone to absolute shit since the holidays and if I were at the head of one of these places I'd be doing everything in my power to fill the void left by QSC. Maybe there are major issues in China we aren't privy to but a simple thing like clicking on an email attachment shouldn't be one of them. Again, it's a minor thing and a simple oversight but a source like GA doesn't exactly have a lot of room for error.

I'm still a big GA supporter because of the quality of the gear they produce but a ton of dudes have jumped ship and moved on to other pastures. It would behoove GA to be perfect in everything they do right now, otherwise they'll be a forgotten blip on the Meso source radar screen.

Also, I think they may have someone new running operations because Marcus is no longer the person behind the emails. Unless he's hitting the estrogen and taken to calling us all dear, instead of mate. If he's no longer running things it'd be nice to know.

Because I’m stating facts with mine and several others! Several was sent that had to be resent! Never received a customs letter or original package. Never the tracking of the first hand carrier to track the first part, just the usps one. That’s why you’re init on PM anymore because people called that B.S out. I’m not saying people never got there order, I’m just saying it was never sent went it was told to us originally! Your domestic line, completely different and came quickly I’ll give you that!

To be fair, I had made a couple orders with SA a couple months ago and one of my packages was seized yet I never received a customs letter. I've received about 3 or 4 in the past and was expecting another but it never arrived. I suspect now that small parcel seizures have increased the CBP and the feds aren't getting all the letters sent out. Not sure what else it could be. I understand the letter isn't your main point but just because you didn't get the letter doesn't mean it wasn't seized or that GA never sent it out.

Your negative email interaction with them also makes me wonder if Marcus is even involved anymore. I imagine he bowed out when he could and turned the keys over to whoever it was that caused such a negative email exchange with you.

Yeah, that's fucking ridiculous. If they can't answer the question properly the least they can do is ask their manufacturer and get back to you. I'm sure the vast majority of us recognize we are talking to sales reps so there's no need for them to act as if they have all the answers on everything. I mean they SHOULD have it all right in front of them but if they don't they should be smart enough to acknowledge they don't know for sure but will get back to you. @bighunanballs had a spreadsheet going of cheap Chinese sources. It was a nice service to the Meso community. It'd be great to have someone with knowledge in how to run these type of things do the same for domestic sources now that China has gone to shit. If I was tech savvy enough I'd give it a go but I'm just a contractor. Sending emails is unfortunately the extent of my tech knowledge.

Hello, we have never had any issues with any customers when its about payment confirmation i am pretty sure Jennifer is being clear about screenshot is not accepted and only the TRANSACTION ID it self that you can copy and paste directly which can confirm your payment in blockchain.

All orders are proceeded and confirmed within 24 hours, if you want to avoid delays with your confirmation i suggest you just provide the TX id it self and not screenshot.

If I was tech savvy enough I'd give it a go but I'm just a contractor. Sending emails is unfortunately the extent of my tech knowledge.
