Consider swapping the Amlodipine for Cilnipidine.

It's a 4th gen calcium channel blocker superior to Amlodipine in every way. It offers an impressive list of additional health benefits (particularly for the kidneys and liver) with fewer potential sides. The same BP reduction requires 2x the dose of amlodipine.

IE: 10mg Cilnipidine = 5mg Amlodipine

Due to a quirk of history, it was approved in Japan in the 90s as a replacement for Amlodipine, and now widely used around Asia, but never made it to the US or EU. It's currently in trials in the US, as a single pill combined with Cialis to treat neuropathic pain, which it's proving very effective for.

Not yet on the pricelist:

CILNIPIDINE CILNILYV 5MG 1X10 $ 0.60

CILNIPIDINE CILNILYV 10MG 1X10 $ 0.80

CILNIPIDINE CILNILYV 30MG 1X10 $ 1.00

We are awaiting pricing on Telmisartan / Cilnipidine combo tabs.

I'm buying several years worth of supply, It's in aluminum/aluminum blister packaging, so you can expect it to have. a very, very long shelf life.

Plus if you’ve never taken Amlodipine you won’t know until it’s too late that it might give you edema. Better to go with Cilnidipine and avoid the possibility. It’s working perfectly for me at 10mg daily.

CILNIPIDINE CILNILYV in all dosing is out of stock he told me. He has another brand available that is three times more but still not bad pricing with the special.

I have allergies myself so I like to keep some methypredisone injections on hand, I use the hell outta of them. Doxycycline is good to.ryn while on Cycle for acne.... or to have in hand for an infection from an injection.. somas and
tapendol are good cause if you need something like that, tour not getting opiates or somas from a dr.. anymore..... period.. if you run tren lunesta and omeprazole but you can get omeprazole at Walmart. I also keep a few vindimycin in case the world comes to an end.

Considering I've gotten pricing on Telm 40/Cildipidine 10 for less than 3 times the price of just the Cildipidine 10 that doesn't sound reasonable.

Hopefully he can find a cheaper brand, It's a common, cheap drug in India from 20+ different brands. I hope mere "demand" isn't suddenly making the price higher.

Did he tell you which brand?

Thanks for the detailed breakdown, really appreciate it. Cilnipidine sounds like a solid upgrade over Amlodipine, especially with the added kidney and liver benefits. Crazy how it never made it to the US/EU despite being widely used in Asia. Definitely seems like a hidden gem.

I’ll be grabbing some for sure - having a long shelf life is a nice bonus too. Appreciate the heads-up!

The TLDR is that the Japanese company that developed it was having unrelated business difficulties for a few years. By the time they would've been able to conduct clinical trials in the US for approval, their patent would've expired.

Without patent protection, no one will pay for the expensive FDA approval process, since anyone would be able to make and sell the drug in the US once approved.

So it essentially became a cheap generic before it had a chance to be approved as a profitable name brand drug to repay the developer for getting it approved (not to mention a profit for developing it).

Now, combined with Cialis as a single drug for nerve pain, it can receive patent protection since it's "new", and will enter the US market that way,

Anyway, this is a cheap drug in India, and since it would have to be used daily, will be needed in large quantities, so I hope PCT24 finds an option priced closely to what was originally quoted. After looking on Indiamart to get an idea of what was out there, I got 50 messages offering dozens of different brands of it.

Maybe somewhat an odd question but does anybody have a suggestion for the best finasteride minoxidil combo I appreciate any suggestions

No prefer a topical or shampoo it is actually not for me it is for my wife she is trying to grow and thicken her hair

Minoxytop F 5%

But finasteride is not advised for premenopausal women.

If that's the case, better to use straight minoxidil, in which case Minoxytop 10% would be better.

Got it thank you so much for the recommendation it sounds like Minoxytop 10% is going to be the way to go

I know a woman using it she's very happy with the results. Remind your wife it takes months consistent use to see substantial results, and there is a temporary period of shedding to get through, but the replacement hair will be healthier and thicker as it grows in. You don't want to run out and wait a month for more. so get a few.

It's a very good deal here, esp with the sale.

Awesome that is good to know I will definitely grab a few to stock up I agree it's hard to beat the sale price

CILNILYV is from Helios Pharma.
I just want to say there are even cheaper options than CILNILYV. I don't know what he quoted you but it is a cheap drug. Ive had some weird quotes for some very cheap stuff before that isn't in his price-list (in which case I just bought it from another vendor. Maybe its not easy for him to get / or for his time to get it? Who knows? I don't argue/bargain with vendors).

That being said, I also find it weird that in the instance that one of the 3 India pct guys can't get you something, the other 2 won't be able to as well...Ive had to get reach out to an alternative source to get it from India instead (costs more).

Yeah Helios is a premium priced brand compared to other cheaper brands. The "retail price" is printed on the strips, and while it doesn't necessarily directly relate to the price we pay, you know wine you're dealing with cheaper or more expensive things.

There does seem to be some coordination on pricing sometimes between the PCT guys.

I just looked back. The prices you had posted he told me where for Healing Pharm. but he said they are out and can't get them right now. He said he only had Clinilyv 10mg available and it was $1.50 for a strip of 10. Sorry I miss spoke. Double not triple in price.

I will be sourcing 2 new brands for clinidipine on Monday morning as market is closed for 3 days , cheaper brand’s supply is hit or miss I will most likely source Cliny by Intas or Cilaheart by Mankind pharma
