Placed an order to the uk , HGH and Reta , communication was amazing and very good , arrived within 11 days of making payment , so far so good , just had bloods done last week , but will get them again in a few weeks time
Side note I ordered the 310iu kits , out of curiosity how much do most people prefer to reconstitute it with ? Am guessing easiest is 3ml ,

Since I take about 6iu/day I would personally use 2cc. That way each 10 mark is about 1.5iu. However whatever your preference is. Many vials I notice things get a little full and pressure becomes a bit more of an issue if you go about 3 or higher.

I always wondered where the "GH15" name came from. Apparently that was the standard dosage "15iu" used on AIDS patients in the old days to supposedly prevent muscle wasting.
I like simple things best kit quantity for me is: 130/150/300

I’ve seen that theory. Ownership changed several times. Last few years before server went offline were garbage. I think Florida man took over when he started selling products, LOJ never sold anything before, would just tell you go to strngo/mts. And the hands in the stock pictures were from a dyel.
I wish I had a back up of it though, such good information.

I spent the past 10 minutes looking for the thread on promuscle where Dante lays it all out but I can't find it. I should have saved it way back when because this has come up a few times.
I was on gh15 back then just as a casual reader. I tried some of the stuff they talked about... I don't know. I think there is a reason literally no one does any of that stuff anymore. They probably didn't back then either.
What would you personally do if you were to be using 4Iu , split into 2iu morning and night , still just the 2cc ?

Personally, in that case with that dosage I would mix it with 1.5 cc. That way ever 10 mark would be 2iu. However obviously 3 cc mixed it makes the math a bit easier.

Low test high tren, cycling test, tons of EQ, first ones singing the praises of and increlex all come to mind as what they were “right” about.
Some information is dated. Egg whites over protein powder made sense at the time when protein powders were formulated like shit. They did used to “thicken” the skin. Saying pharma gh was the only type worth running made sense then too. The generic options were awful. His cardio takes are very out dated.
But really I can’t nitpick his drug/dosage protocols at all. And the wizard sources, for the time, were amazing. He was right about a lot. Information was very bad back then, they were the best we had. And he was hilarious. No matter who was gh15 that day he had jokes and wild takes.
Even that lunatic tanien got his start there, before he was kicked out.

You're right there was alot of comedy.
I just remember the protocols being so whacky and arbitrary. When I got older and actually involved in the sport and made acquaintances with some actual IFBB pros and they told me what they did... I thought "wow it's that simple huh no wild secrets?".
Or maybe it was LEGIT KIGTROPINS all along.
