If they request full payment and you decline, it's a burnt bridge. Bridges are not unlimited.

On the other hand if you come forward and offer payment, I don't see any downsides to that.

Couple hundred bucks for the duplicate pack vs potentially tens of thousands on future orders. A drop in the bucket.

That is in fact stealing, if someone leaves their car at your house, keys in it, and you take it, sell it, and claim no knowledge you are a thief. There are threads about a banned POS that was on here on several forums, and as far as I know he wasn't a thief, just an asshole that liked to doxx people. Continue your narrative, now you drug some other guy that claims extortion into it, and see how it works out for you. There was a time months ago that some dealers were sending double packs "by accident" or spacing them out a few weeks and asking for payment. Effectively doubling their sales. Should someone pay for that?
They didn't order double. They either didn't need to order that much, or didn't have the money to pay for that much.
To use some of your logic, if you ordered food delivery and it was $300 and the delivery guy showed up with double your order and says now I need pay $600 (+double tip) or I'm gonna blacklist you to all other restaurants and possible doxx you. I would tell them to fuck themselves. the og probably thought it was soo cool he got free gear and wanted to tell/brag about it here. But he needs to watch out for ninjas like Tracy who laid in wait until you placed another order and he just kept the money. Paybacks are a bitch, make your choices accordingly.

I don't know the details but not cool for a source to ask customers to send gear in the mail.

Maybe I only feel this way because I've never done it. And maybe it's totally fine. But my first instinct is to not do it.

They were sent to him unintentionally. Not his fault or responsibility.
