Crazy anxiety/insomnia 1.5 weeks into trt dose test e

I've done multiple cycles over the last 10 years that usually consist of 500 - 600 mg of test while cycling other compounds such as mast, primo, tren ECT.. Each cycle has been around 10 - 16 weeks max, with proper pct afterwards. I've felt some anxiety off and on while on cycle, but not bad. I'm having crippling anxiety and insomnia just 1.5 weeks in running 150 mg of test e per week. I'm running the same testosterone ( same supplier, same batch) I ran in my previous cycle just 6 months ago and I had no problems taking 600 mg per week. So I have no idea why this small amount (150mg per week) is causing me such anxiety.
Could it be that the smaller amount of test was converted into estrogen and now of have higher e2 and not enough testosterone? When I'm taking higher amounts I convert the same amount to estrogen but have more testosterone left over to reduce side effects?
Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The e2 theory makes no sense, at least to me anyway. Get an ultra sensitive e2 lab if you really want to know. You may just need to lower the dose to more of a true trt dose like 120mg/week. For what it's worth when I started trt I was getting some crazy anxiety every afternoon like clockwork. I would just slow my breathing down, take some deep breaths, tell myself it's all in my head from the medication, and try to ignore it. It would eventually pass in around 20-30 minutes. After the first month it was gone and never came back. That was 2 years ago now. I've felt amazing ever since. Turns out my trt dose was twice what it should have been. Ended up lowering it 6 weeks in after we did labs. But I'm happy it happened because I had never experienced anxiety in my life before and now I know what it is and how to handle it

Is it really possible to get all of these strange side effects on TRT?
If someone has other issues in their life etc then these effect are possible with a sugar pill.

Will 10 days of Test E do anything like this from the effects of the injection itself? No. There is no pharmacokinetic method of action here, even theoretically.

The forum has seen literally thousands of posts similar to this though because even when an effect is psychosomatic in nature it is STILL an effect nonetheless.

Well that's why I thought I would ask the forum, because it seemed odd that I was feeling so much anxiety after about 6 days in. Like I said I've done multiple cycles in the past that were 500 mg per week or higher. I didn't even have this much anxiety using tren. I certainly feel the effects and put on water weight within 4 days of starting my cycles. For the last 10 years I've always responded pretty quickly to test E

After blasting it's so hard to even feel 500mg test, but guys claim all sorts of mystery sides on low doses?
This is what's interesting to me. I read on another forum a guy had the same issue. No problem blasting 500 plus a week, but felt a lot of anxiety on a trt dose. Very counter intuitive to what most of us have experienced. Usually, the more you do the more side effects you'll have. I wonder if what I mentioned about the estrogen is a possible cause. I had labs set up but couldn't go do to dealing with my anxiety.

That's an interesting take. I've always responded quite quickly to testE Usually at day 4 to 5 I can feel my libido start to rise, nipples get sensitive and I put on water weight. That is a little fast according to the pharmacokinetics you mentioned, but it happens never the less. There are other supplements that I've been taking for the last month with no issues. Only difference would be a got a different brand of quercitin with bromelian.

It most certainly may not have been the test, because like I said I've always responded quite well, even at higher doses, but that is the only thing that I changed during the week, work the exception of the different brand of quercitin, which I had already been taking, from a different brand a month prior.

I'm curious, if it's not the TRT itself, what could be driving symptoms like this? Anxiety and insomnia outta nowhere feel pretty intense for just placebo or psychosomatic stuff, unless there's something underlying getting stirred up. Do you think it's worth checking smth like cortisol or other hormones in this kind of situation, just to rule things out?

Consult a doctor. The real ones, not us over here in this forum.

The BP idea is worth looking into. You will feel anxious if the BP Is out of whack.

Otherwise I’m of the same thinking of everyone else. 1.5 weeks into a trt dose isn’t enough time. The 500-600 a week you came off of hasn’t even really cleared out of your system yet.

Is work hard? Need a vacation?

I've let my doctor know and his only advice is to stop using AAS. with my levels at 300 he says that's just fine for my age. He's really against using testosterone
Are you 75? I laugh every time I hear about some out of shape dr, who is lucky to get laid once month, explain why 300 is OK. Even worse if it's a woman who has no idea what low t feels like.
