Dr Todd Lee - what do you think?

Exactly brother, this is what has me so concerned. The only gear is the above listed. Nothing else at all except fish oil and a multivitamin. Yes my body fat is higher b/w 15-20 percent. I still wouldn’t expect the Estrogen do be so high.
If youre close to 20% bf that tracks for high estrogen.

Try and get closer to 10% and you'll likely have less issues as time goes on.

He’s kinda short, barely taller than my Filipina wife.

But he’s used to it and just runs with it.

Just take an ai lol.

What is your bodyfat percentage? Usually bodyfat and

Yeh you’re absolutely right with getting Bf down, should be priority 1 and then never let it creep up so much. Also not sure how to proceed with current sauce, as potentially no knowing what mystery box oils I’ll get next time!

Genuine question.....how can a medical Dr and biochemist be getting these things wrong?

Responding late. He may be a nice enough guy and I'll give him credit for actually being a medical doctor (unlike most of the "experts" who write Dr. ___ on the internet), but he is trying to mislead with his credentials on his website - he writes he went to "Wayne State" medical school but it looks like he actually did medical school at Ross, a Caribbean school where you go when you don't get in anywhere in the US, and got at most a Masters from Wayne State.

He then says he did a residency in "Sports medicine" at St Josephs MC in Stockon, California. There are no Sports medicine residencies - there is Orthopaedic surgery residency where you become a surgeon trained in non-surgical and surgical management of sports injuries, and (what I'm guessing Dr Lee did) family medicine residency followed by a 1-year sports medicine fellowship, where you exclusively focus on the non-operative management of sports injuries.

So he has 1 year of formal training in non-operative management of sports-related injuries on top of whatever anatomy and physiology he learned in medical school and FM/IM residency. His background in anatomy, physiology, pharmacology and biochemistry from medical school/residency are all very helpful, but he's definitely not some elitely-credentialed MD guru with mystic insights into health, fitness and/or AAS.

I'm guessing most of his knowledge was self-taught.

Ah, the infamous Baby Doc College of Offshore Medicine from Doonesbury.

Dude must be one hell of a steroid raw stasher to still have masteron at this point if he was using 2g+ of it a week.

Too bad it he can't talk about home brewing. That would vastly increase his popularity.

He doesn't home brew and he has some of the worst sources imaginable. The average meso lurker has access to better sources. WTF is vikingtropin.
I’m pretty sure he just Nordically rebrands everything as a matter of principle. Valhalla Labs is his supplement company, right?

Now that I see how much of an absolute manlet this guy is I am now wondering if the people who claim masteron isn't anabolic are on to something?

If this munchkin is taking 2g of masteron that means the average guy needs to be taking 4 or 5g at least? lol, lmao.

Iirc i heard him in a video saying he was taking 450mg mast a day, which is 3150mg per week. And something like 400 test (per week). He might be the person with the worst genetics, worst perception of how body and food/chemistry works while riding a fooking high horse. He must be banned from giving suggestions free in the internet because he's kinda dangerous.

Masteron being shitty or not for adding mass, I'll gladly take an unlimited supply. It makes me feel damn good and doesn't touch bloodwork.

I'm depressed I can't buy this shit anymore.
