Well, got my ECG results and the results were disappointing. Some of the results are common with someone my age but the slight increase in the size of the left atrial and mild concentric LV hypertrophy is concerning. LV was normal size, normal wall motion and EF was 60% which is good. I’ll wait for my Doc to explain it to me better tomorrow.

Sorry to hear that bro. Looks like it wouldn't hurt to try some of that Jardiance and possibly also nebivolol.

Yep. I’m on Nebivolol and started Jardiance today. I’m going to suggest the Jardiance when I talk to my Doc tomorrow.

The 2 india pct sources can get it and there's raw sources for it on this board if you want to try it out...

Plus don't forget, the overwhelming majority of what he carries is full pharmacy grade products. Plus you can ask him and he usually can find any product that exist in India in pharmacies with some exceptions for restricted items.

Normal is 50-70%. So my % is good. It was the other issues that concern me. My primary doc said there was nothing to worry about after reviewing the results but I’m getting a second opinion from a cardiologist.
Just had the latest order land. 7 days in transit. That’s a record for me.

Read about SR9009 and it's role with cardiac remodeling/fibrosis, via REV-ERB genomic and REV-ERB-independent effects.
It's a nuisance to use (requires parenteral or possibly sublingual admin, also short half life) but maybe the only PED that has only positive effects - on inflammation, liver, heart, kidneys, lungs and also lipid profile, mitochondrial health, antineoplastic/immune effect, metabolic enhancement, etc.
I have been using it long term @ 20-40mg/day in MCT oil, injected subQ.

Recent PCT24x7 orders included some unlisted drugs he sourced for me including ivabradine and pitavastatin. Turns out I am able to get the ivabradine cheaper via prescription with insurance here in USA, but not pitavastatin (excluded by insurance, there is a manufacturer program via NC pharmacy but they refuse self-written prescriptions for some reason). Last order was for multiple boxes of Celnip-T 10/40mg and pitavastatin 4mg.
This is my current cardiovascular stack - thanks to @Ghoul for improving it. I was diagnosed with diastolic hypertension in my 50s before using PEDs btw, and put on azilsartan for that by a cardiologist. Echo and stress test normal, CCT score = 0. I have an overactive sympathetic nervous system and suppressed vagal system from using GLP1s.
Pharma:
Azilsartan 80mg, once daily pm
Celnip-T (ciilnidipine/telmisartan) 10/40mg once daily am
Ivabradine 5mg split am//pm (will likely increase to 10mg/day)
Ezetimibe 10mg, once daily am
Pitavastatin 4mg, once daily pm
Jardiance (empoglafozin) 10mg, once daily am
Taladalfil 10mg, once daily am
Sildenafil 100mg, once daily pm
(Discontinued: Nebivolol 10mg, once daily am; will use only if taking short term clenbuterol)
Research chems:

GW-510516 8mg, injected once per day
Retatrutide 4mg, injected three times per week

Ubiquinol 600mg/day
