Thats what I would want to do, combining multiple peptides in one shot. Some say mixing causes issues, my issue is how you know you are injecting proper ratio's?

I mostly don't mix peptides in one cartridge (except GHK/BPC/TB) but I admit I will use the same pen needle for multiple pins in the same session.

For the ratios: there are many ways to do this

For example, if you want 5 mg/mL of one thing and 2 mg/mL of another in the same cart: make 10 mg/mL of the first one and 4 mg/mL of the second then combine 0.5 mL of each

well you can define the ratios how ever you like...?
3ml cartridge
10mg in 1ml, TB, another BPC and 30IU GH in 1ml

= 0.3ml from pen = 1mg TB 1mg BPC 3iu GH

Not peptides you're mentioning here but just wanted to add my experience on the topic of mixing peps that both GLPs in different versions aswell as HCG has caused those milky-like denaturized solutions when mixed in the syringe and I would stay clear of using that method with them.

I reuse pen needles all the time - can't tell a difference between first use and third or fourth uses

Any tips for filling the cartridge to its maximum please ? Because of the internal pressure, there’s always a bit of loss. I can’t seem to get more than 2.5 ml in.

You need to put an needle in when filling it up for the air to escape.
One for liquid to go in and one for air to escape.

Steam/sterilize in a pressure cooker like instant pot. I wouldn't put more than one 36iu in a cartridge. Filter it while you are at it.

I bought 5 and all of them have stopped working over the past few months.

When I spin the dial and press it down, the plunger just doesn't move.

Maybe I just got some shitty knock-offs.

What kind of pens? Usually the cartridge has to push in the internal mechanism in to keep the plunger locked or to let it advance. If the cartridge moves forward this can disengage the locking mechanism.

I have 5x ergo2’s no breakages yet. The build quality isn’t brilliant but at c.$10-15 can’t complain too much. I will buy more as and when needed.

I have purchased them at different times and from different sellers (on AliExpress), no doubt from the same factory but potentially different batches.
