Yup I always pin sus eod schedule when I use to run it but now just test c even in prep
As I've never had issues with any particular ester like some do, I've usually just bought whatever is least expensive per mg. It's usually people that are inexperienced or new to AAS that get all particular about esters. That, or those that have has issues with pip from certain esters, which I can understand avoiding (if it was indeed ester related and not the carrier oil or some other factor).

I tend to nerd out on very small details, many of which may be largely inconsequential, but for some people that's part of the fun of the chemical component of the hobby. For others, it's purely a means to an end.

Placed an order about 2 weeks ago, domestic to the west coast. 14 days later, still no package. Tracking said “package will be delivered later than expected”, so I contacted primal to follow up. They replied in probably an hour saying “that’s not normal, and we’re out of the products you ordered so we can’t reship HOWEVER, here’s your money back in store credit plus an extra $130 on top of my original payment.”

I scanned the website looking to place a new order, but damn near everything Is sold out or running low. Their prices Are competitive and apparently the quality is top notch too. So I asked for a refund (expecting some push back), and without hesitation, he said “of course! Sorry for the inconvenience. Here’s your full refund plus $20 for the trouble”.

I can’t personally vouch for the quality of gear, myself. Haven’t gotten to try it yet. But their customer service is out-fucking-standing. My package didn’t show up, but I didn’t lose a couple hundred bucks. I’m perfectly square.

Thank you guys for being honorable. I’ll be back to try again once they’re stocked back up.

Yea. They're great. On the first order i placed, the institution i used to transfer bitcoin charged outrageous fee. So they ended up recieving less then expected. I told them to remove some items to reduce price, instead of sending more and paying another fee. They told me not to worry about it and sent everything i ordered!

Takes one to know one.

My rationalization was “at least I didn’t borrow money to get it.”

And that was after some back of the envelope math that went something like “well I have X years work of TRT but what if I decided to take 750 a week for like 3 or 4 years? Then I def need more.”

Appreciate you, brother. Sorry we couldn’t get you exactly what you were after, that was just bad luck with the package.

On the stock side, we’ll be back to about 90% availability by mid-September. This whole situation showed us we needed to tighten things up, and we’ve already made the changes. We now have a custom supply schedule built out with our raw provider to keep product flowing around the clock. That means no more random gaps, and we can plan restocks before things even get close to running out.

You guys have been nothing but solid with us, and that support is what’s helped us adjust and improve this quickly. Going forward, we’ll be way more consistent so no one has to stress about missing what they want.
