It’s stayed the same since day 1 of starting hahaha . I have dropped from 20% bf to 15% bf while maintaining weight so some fat loss and some muscle gain hopefully not just water pushed into muscle . I’m trying to hit 2400 to 2800 calories a day on training days by increasing post workout carbs. On rest day I do about 2200 calories.You're not eating enough to grow. How long has your weight stayed the same?
