Figured I’d ask here since this thread is so popular lol… Have any of you guys significantly raised eGFR levels if so, how did you manage to do it?

rHGH does it.
Hgh increases eGFR? I just started it about 3-4 weeks ago. So I guess that’s good. I got blood work today after training legs and my egfr was 89. It’s the lowest it’s been. Everything else looked good but I want to raise that if I can

Yeah I fucked that one up boys, my bad. Took forever to send it out after realizing I never sent it in with the last few results that just dropped.

Should be landing this week with results:

Test E250 plus raw
Test U250 plus raw
Mast P100
Mast P200
Mast P raw
Violet Tops
EQ

I think that’s it but I’ll update it if I missed anything.
If I may inquire for clarification. When you say landed or landing with results. Are you saying the stuff is at Jano already, its getting to Jano this week for testing or we get the Jano results this week because we sent all this in days ago

If you have a major problem i would reccomend a washout/trt phase until you get that in range. During this phase add in Astragalus root, slu pp 332, oral bpc157, oral kpv. If it’s only a slight issue just drop your more kidney toxic compounds like tren and orals while using said supplements. Start with astralagus and slu to see if that fixes your issue before adding bpc and kpv. Don’t play with your kidneys!

I got blood work the other day and my egfr came back at 89. Definitely lower than it’s been and want to get it under control

If your eGFR is being factored with just your creatinine number, the calculation is likely to be off anyhow. You need a Cystatin C test to get an accurate eGFR. Creatinine is almost always going to be elevated in people who train hard regularly, and have a significant amount more muscle mass than average

my creatinine was 1.17. Do you think my eGFR was bad? And will I likely be able to raise it?

Without knowing your age (I'm not asking), an eGFR of 89 is not something I'd personally worry about. I take BPC-157, which I do subQ and have also done intravenously as that's how it was used in studies to treat chronic kidney disease (CKD). Astragalus is a great OTC supplement for kidney function. SS-31 is supposed to be amazing for treating CKD, however efficacious doses, plus the cost of the peptide, make it prohibitively expensive for many. I take it at a lower dose, 6mg/day, and have been for several months. I plan to get rechecked relatively soon. My eGFR was 63 the last time I checked, however I was on Anavar, Tren, and moderate to high doses of a few others.

The compounds that I take that show promise in treating CKD;
BPC-157
TB4 Full Sequence
TB 500 Frag 17-23
SS-31
SLU-PP-332
Astragalus

For sure get a cystanine C panel before you start panicking. Lots of factors can impact the egfr
Going to set that up over the next day or two. My egfr is always around 95-105ish. But I went to the hospital last night due to something completely unrelated but I was definitely dehydrated and I was after a heavy back day. And they poured blood work and my EGFR was 89 so it’s the lowest I’ve ever seen it and I kind of panicked lol

Awesome thank you so much for this! I just put it in another post, but my eGFR always is between like 105 and 95. I went to the hospital last night after a big back workout due to something completely unrelated so it’s probably dehydrated as well but when they pulled my blood work seeing my eGFR at 89 had me panicked lol.

There's a thread here about Astragalus you can search, there was a discussion recently on which to take.
