Healing Pharma. Good or Bad?

Eplerenone 50mg, once daily, up to 50mg twice daily on cycle
Torsemide, usually 10mg twice daily for a few days while needed

Have you tried a higher dose?
People that are peeing alot seem to be on 60mg if not more, which is the recommended starting dose of JYNARQUE.

Looks like it's used elsewhere too..for low sodium levels, but doesn't seem to improve EGFR. People that are peeing alot are on the much higher dose above. How much is a strip? Tolva 15 4$ for 10?

Yes, pretty expensive

Not yet. I try not to use it that much because of the liver damages it can led to

Guess what
Tolvaptan isn't bunk. 60mg, I'm supposed to pee 4-7L a day, wich is a lot.
I'm also using mirabegron and tadalafil everyday.
So I ve just pee in a big soda bottle of 2L and guess what, 1.1L of urine. I've got a big bladder lol
I wanted to pee but not that much.

So 1L 5-6 times a day is pretty much what I do. And yeah I drink a lot (hot work environment + sport)

So it was the dose? you had to increase it to 60mg?

Hmm the healingpharma cilnidipine 10mg seems kinda trash compared to the mankind pharma. Doesn’t seem to be working properly unless I’ve just gained a tolerance. Obviously feels report so take with a grain of salt, was wondering if others noticed any difference between it and other brands. It’s made by kureasia.

When I received bempedoic/ezetimibe from an other my cholesterol dropped a bit more. I suppose there are some differences between brand (some pills are absorbed slower, less Cmax, or even don't dissolve completely).
The stockage of the meds in India can be bad (heat exposure) wich reduce the effectiveness.
Or just sometimes it's an other reason. For example I thought my new trazodone pills were trash, but I change taking it from an empty stomach to after a meal. Of course it is really the effectiveness...

There is no tolerance to BP meds you started injecting or taking something that raised your BP or it's just trash. Do you still have some mankind? Try it out. Take mankind two weeks and see, take healingpharma 2 weeks and compare

Actual BP is the real sign to watch, but if it's by "feels" from the "chill out effect", that can wane initially.

Although you don't develop tolerance to Ciln, there can be "neuro hormonal adaptation" that makes it feel less effective after the first couple of months. Try titrating to the next level 5 -> 10 -> 20 and see what happens.

It almost feels like I’ve not taken any. Or taken a lower dose at least.

Of course could possibly be nocebo since I’ve just switched to a cheaper brand, the human mind isn’t very good at accurately assessing things like this.

I kinda wish I kept more of the mankind around to do a proper side by side test.

I’ll probably buy some more just to do that.

@Ghoul It would be sorta concerning needing to titrate to 20 at this point since it’s the max dose.

There's some in the PCT threads hoping to get their 20mg tested, it's just prohibitive due to cost. If you're interested you can post to garner interest.

Unfortunately if you didn't closely monitor BP feels are all we can go by.

That said, I'm not sure what your concern is. I dropped my Telmisartan dose so I could boost Ciln to 20 (without lowering BP too much), and I'm very glad I did. The effects of that dose of Ciln feel great, BP is perfect, and no sides,

well my bp was only mildly elevated (130 or so.) before any meds so doesn’t seem logical that I should need the top end dose I suppose. As what if that one stops working ? I guess I will try mankind again just to confirm though.

If your goal is to meet the most current guidelines for optimal BP, <120/80, then Ciln 20mg would be used as monotherapy starting at a BP of 135/85, without concern for hypotension, fyi.

You really can't treat anything more than mild hypertension with a calcium channel blocker alone. It's usually combined with something else,

I am taking 20mg telmisartan also, telmaheal 20, fwiw. And 5mg tadalafil.

Thanks for the input on my problem by the way, it’s appreciated.

I just started on healing pharma 20mg Ciln. Switching from a more expensive brand. I wasn't on GH at the gym so my BP was already fairly low.

i certainly feel less calm. It's only been two days. The brand I had before was like a god damn sedative. Going by "feels", this feels like only 10mg or so.
