Quick clarification on “same batch” and variance. A batch is a single, homogenized production run mixed, filtered, and filled under the same conditions from the same raw source. Within that, small result swings are normal and typically come from sampling technique, vial position during fill, agitation before aliquoting, lab method differences, instrument calibration and stated uncertainty, and sample prep losses. Two results that fall within the method’s combined uncertainty are statistically consistent with the same batch.

The clean way to verify is to pull a well-mixed composite, split it, run the same method at the same lab in parallel, and document chain of custody. If the spread exceeds the method’s uncertainty, we investigate; if it does not, it reflects normal analytical scatter rather than a different or inconsistent batch. If any of this sounds unfamiliar, it may just be a misunderstanding of how batches and analytical uncertainty work…

speaking as a customer fwiw, this largely reads as AI driven slop that does not apply to mixing a (hopefully) known purity test raw with bb, ba, and oil.

the readings are within 5% of the presumed target concentration of 250mg/ml, why feel the need to reply so defensively? is it to suggest that it's fine for every vial produced using the same methods, to have different measurables? what is the purpose of even having batches at all in this instance, if this is the case?

Primal thread going off again. C'mon gang. Shills unite. Let's get those BTC payments.

If you truly understood the science behind it, you’d realize that what you’re calling “discrepancies” are actually confirmation of reproducibility. A 10% swing is well within normal variance when comparing different analytical setups, solvents, calibration curves, and reference standards.
I'm pretty ignorant here but isn't all that moot since we're not comparing different analytical setups, different solvents, different calibration curves and, different reference standards?

Since we're talking about the same batch from the same brewer and the same lab for testing with the same setup and standards?

What am I missing?

Those chocolate Fairlife's are my weakness. They're a crutch I rely on way too often to boost up my daily protein intake, and I've got to cut back and get more meat in. I was up to like 4 or 5 a day for a while.

I'm unfortunately getting there myself. Average 2 a day currently, too tasty and easy to quit. And it's "good for me" and "fits my diet" so there's that lol.

Since I'm no longer comfortable using your gear, it made zero sense for me to pursue it.
You're going to inject some plastic and you're gonna like it...

Love this thread...

Anyways. Quick update, Apes. Since none of our packs landed in time we likely won't do a Halloween themed special which means we'll do something bigger and better down the road.

Some changes likely happening soon (let us know what you think) -

No more Deca 250 and 400. We'll be offering Deca 200 and Deca 300mg/mL.

No more Tren E400. We'll be offering Tren E200 and Tren E300mg/mL.

No more Sust 500. We'll be offering Sust 250 and Sust 400mg/mL (once stock is back)

I have personally never seen a 10% swing in same batch testing. 1-2% seems to be the standard.

But I’m a nobody. Any real world examples where guys have 10% variances?
Look up the terms (1) instrument and (2) method precision and then ask what they are for standard AAS HPLC assays at Janoshik.

Every number Janoshik reports will have a confidence interval associated with it. From there we move on to process variance.
