No plans on ever touching GH. Plan on sticking with test only cycles for years to come then if I ever add another compound it will be EQ, the only other hair safe compound.

When you get old like some of us you may change your mind on GH. I used it in my 20s and mostly just saw enhanced fat loss. It’s a different story now as i get closer to my AARP card. Really a great addition at low / modest dosages. More is often better but I keep it simple.

Ahh that makes sense. enhanced fat loss does sound nice but I think i can manage just fine in that area with TRT doses and reta. may change when i'm older for sure

gh seems a bit intimidating. A lot of info needed to learn about it, glucose control, carb timing, what to look out for, side effects, not to mention how expensive it is.
Makes me turned off just thinking about it lol

It’s not that crazy, don’t overthink it. One bolus shot at night before bed. Don’t eat 2hours before the shot. Start at 2iu and +1 every couple weeks. 4-6iu will give great benefits for most. International is like .35 cents per iu. Domestic around .70.
Edit: especially on a glp, pretty easy to keep fbg under 100. Cardio and don’t eat like an ass hole lol

Pin whatever amount your using before bed and call it a day.
Its been in clinical use for decades at WAY higher doses than youre going to use. It just isnt as complicated as you think.

Thanks for the words of encouragement guys lmao, maybe I will do more research on this topic and circle back to it in the future. Maybe I have been missing out. Just scary to add another variable! Maybe when i’ve been on test for a few more years and really dial everything in I can think about it.

Shifting body composition from fat to lean is what it’s best at early on, even at modest doses. It’s the anabolic affects that are elusive and much less dramatic.
