My online grammar is terrible. I'm fully aware. I keep saying I'll work on it, but I am taking way more interesting classes and don't get the same dopamine fuel that overrides my ADD.You’re too

I do respect his reports. It’s all good brother, couldn’t help myself
I appreciate your intelligent skepticism.
While I appreciate Jano, his service to the community has been substantial, transformative even, he’s also a vendor who does this primarily to make money. Like every vendor there should always be some healthy questioning and pressure applied. It’s in everyone’s best interest, and he is responsive to his customer base, expanding tests and refining his methods over the years. He’s a humble guy, and never denies the limitations of his testing, but the “halo effect” defensively conferred on him by some who act like he’s a Nobel biochemist gracing us with his presence and shouldn’t be questioned isn’t helpful.
All good helps me improve I'm not sensitive if I'm wrong. And Jano has made a huge positive impact for the community. I remember before he was around Chinese GH was a joke and testing has forced dramatic improvement in that regard. I switched to AB because I had emailed Jano multiple times with zero response for months. If there is substantial difference I don't mind the huge price difference but I'm not just gonna go off fan boy rumors I think I will send him and AB some identical samples that I have already done UV VIS analysis on and see what kind of variations I get. It’s all good brother, couldn’t help myself

Does Jano have ICP MS I really want better documentation for heavy metal screenings. Ive been using those mail in kits from Amazon and falsified info claiming they are supplements. But that gives me nothing I can show the customer
Project 3 cont.
Comparison between GCMS purity (area counts approximation) and HPLC purity. Use drop down above to see the previously shared GCMS TIC tables for Test C and Test E.
Test E:

Test C:

Vs.
Major discrepancy on relative volatilities / ionization, or...
EDX is way less sensitive, but very accurate and precise in "light element matrix" - which is basically anything you'd ever wish to put into a human body.1. Using same sample or a standard, how do the results of EDX compare to ICP-MS? A demonstration of accuracy/precision of EDX vs your existing ICP method.
2. Cost of new assay and elements you get for the cost vs existing ICP offering?
In short, demonstration of method suitability, range, accuracy, cost, etc?
Good stuff. Not sure why my ability to react to comments is disabled in this post.Project 3 cont.

EDX is perfectly suitable for screening - you don't care if there is safe amount X of lead in your sample or safe...
You don't get reaction options for the UG until about 200 posts / reaction score IIRC.Good stuff. Not sure why my ability to react to comments is disabled in this post.
Exactly. I've seen several concerning errors his team has made. They're far from perfect. Hopefully these growing pains get sorted outIt’s all good brother, couldn’t help myself

analytical chemistry isn't perfect brother. Thats why I was questioning the criticism of other labs on small margins considered normal deviations. From the balance to volumetric glass and pipettes used for dilutions to the colums in the tower and detector and comparisons to calibration curves and standards expecting exact calculations is like asking for magic. People forget the limitations of these techniques or the complexity involved.Exactly. I've seen several concerning errors his team has made. They're far from perfect. ShitI'm waiting for HPLC. Will post it as soon as I get it.
Ouch time to bust out the solvents and give that shit a bath.Shit
Any suggestions?Ouch time to bust out the solvents and give that shit a bath.
Probably experiment with acetone or ethanol first for easier evaporation. You have access to a vacuum oven?Any suggestions?
Start with small amounts. You need a way to check improvement each time. Record MP duration and make sure it keeps getting shorter . Obviously sending for HPLC during small trial runs isnt an optionAny suggestions?
Did you buy this garbage from aasraw?Shit
