I saw that you’re using UP cypionate, and that’s what I was asking your opinion about — sorry, the beginning of my sentence got cut off for some reason.

Earlier this year I ran a very similar cycle using 500 mg as well.
The oil was GSO, same as with UP, the only difference was that it was an English manufacturer.
The lab I use couldn’t even measure either total or free testosterone because the levels were so high.
My total testosterone result came back as 104+ nmol/L (judging by the other markers I was probably around 130–140 nmol/L). My SHBG level also supports this, as it was extremely suppressed.
You can also clearly see the difference in aromatization: I’m using the same amount of exemestane now as I did during that cycle, yet back then my estrogen was significantly higher.
I respond well to every carrier oil I’ve used so far, whether MCT, GSO, or sesame oil.
Last year, during my cruise phase (yes, it was a slightly higher TRT dose, I’m aware of that), I was using 250 mg and my total testosterone came back at 61 nmol/L.
My natural testosterone level was 25.2 nmol/L two years ago.

Out of the 10 vials, 4 have this same expiration date, and the remaining 6 are dated 04/2028.
But I’m using the same one myself right now.
There’s no point in checking the batch number, because if you look through the Janoshik tests, it’s always the same batch number anyway.
Have you already done blood work with this, or what are your experiences with it?

Im on 50.9nmol/L 1ml weekly
I know about batch, that’s why i also add exp. date to it

My buddy is using this as well and he’s going for blood work because he also doesn’t feel that the dosing is right.
Then we’ll see what his results show.

no big issues with it so far but ive used only one vial so far. i dont like gso which i found out just now, i have slight pip from it. 1/10 probably but its always there
other than that, only good to tell about opti.

Honestly, I’m not really expecting a reply from him, because in situations like this I usually don’t get the requested picture.
But maybe he has some proof this time.
I’m not trying to discredit the manufacturer — I bought 10 vials because the Janoshik report looked perfect.
Despite that, it’s not working well for us, which is why I’m interested to see if anyone has a recent blood test.

I can not see why my measurements help you out. Not everyone test the same value on same doses. It’s clear you are nit happy with the result.
When did you test, a day before next pin…?
That’s why i said inject 4ml and test 24h later

In the case of enanthate, I think it’s unnecessary and meaningless to check levels 24 hours after the injection, especially with GSO oil, because then you just get a very high peak value that doesn’t reflect a steady, relatively stable level.
I always went for blood work 36, or preferably around 40 hours later, right before the next injection. That way, you get reliable and meaningful information.

5 of my friends are using his test c and everyone is happy with it. so far i cant tell difference, im using it for last month or so, 750 per week.
ive used mast e, var, aromasin, cialis etc etc from opti and had 0 issues.
blood levels tell you nothing. on 250mg you could be at 1000 or 2500, everyone has different reaction.
send it to jano for test, opti will pay for it after.
