In the evening the prescription was already on my health card.

I have a question regarding prescription renewals.
For the first prescription, I understand total testosterone must be below 35 nmol/L.
I’ve seen posts suggesting that for the second prescription / renewal, the threshold is 45 nmol/L.
Could you please confirm if this is correct?

this is Christian. I have been working for doctrinus since 1 October 2025. I am an employee there, it is not my company.
Before that I had no connection to doctrinus other than being a patient and I used MESO as a regular member under the name @Schwerverdiener.

I used more than one account on MESO over the past week. About a week ago I created @doctrinus. Today I posted in the doctrinus thread from my private account and shared an update about picking up my medication. That was the wrong move because it mixed my private posting with my job. I understand why this looks like undisclosed promotion and that is on me.

Sorry for the confusion. I should have been upfront from the start.

Going forward you will only see me posting from @doctrinus on anything related to doctrinus. My work connection is public. I will follow the rules for business related accounts. I am not going to post about doctrinus from any private or alternate accounts again.

Do you have access to e2 LC/MS testing or can you get it coordinated to be done at a hospital via a mail in sample.

We can not offer E2 LC/MS testing right now. If that changes in the future, I will post an update here

I am looking at the site but if I want a prescription it seems that I need an address in Germany, Austria or Switserland.
I am from the Netherlands, how can I get a prescription?

In your pdf- file it says that if your in the EU you can apply for a prescription and it can be shipped everywhere in EU. Now I just had contact with an employee who says that it isn't possible outside Germany, Austria and Switserland.
It seems like this person doenst know their own policy?

Weird, i've got one 2 weeks ago to NL, but maybe because i was already a client.

Yeah really odd, I confronted them about their pdf file and their own policy but they simply said they cannot give a prescription because of the current law.

Thanks for the suggestion. Transferring it into a 10 ml vial could work, but I’m more concerned about the formulation itself. Since the ampoule is designed for single use, I’m not sure whether the BA/BB content is sufficient for multi-dose storage, or if the compound could degrade over time once opened. Have you personally done this without any issues?

Testosterone from German pharmacies does not contain benzyl alcohol. You can divide the contents of the ampoule between two syringes and then store them in the syringes (pull the plunger out a little further and store the syringe upright so that the testosterone does not touch the plastic plunger). What I do is draw the contents of the ampoule into a separate syringe and then use this to fill two insulin syringes via backloading, which I then use for intramuscular injection.
