helping a newbie source, sort of

I want to run a 7 week cycle of anavar, the first two weeks at 30 and the next 5 at 50. I have done this once before, for 6 weeks, when I lived in Thailand.

No, I don't want to do test with it. I have a small frame, thin wrists, narrow shoulders, etc, and putting on 15 pounds of muscle in 2-3 months would look funny and not healthy. Yes, I've done research and tried to get from someone in person (I'm in NYC, you'd think it would be easy), but I'm at a loss. I've been lifting for 3 years. I boxed for one in the middle. The past 2 years I've done everything I could right, diet, workout plan, sleep, eat. And you still can't tell I've even been to a gym when I take my shirt off. I'm not looking to get huge, I'm not looking to bench 300. I need a boost, though. I want to get stronger. I want to not be embarrassed when I take my shirt off. I want to get my lifts up, and I want to feel better, both mentally and physically. I realize I am not nearly as dedicated as a lot of you, but I've made some sacrifices, including my social life, and I would like to have more to show for it. If anyone has a reputable source for anavar and doesn't mind PM'ing me, I'd be extremely grateful. I'm not a moron, so spare me the scams. Additionally, safety and quality are more important than price. And I've taken var, so I know the difference between it and winstrol. Once again, I would greatly appreciate it if you can help. If not, i understand as well. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Also, I'm 5'7 and 150lb. I've been cutting for 2 months after a bulk that went a little awry. Additionally, I did not do PCT last time since it wasn't necessary, even though I had purchased some Nolva just in case. Not sure whether I'm going to get it this time.

Best.

Try a good diet. At 150 lbs. I wouldn't think you would need to be cutting. What is your bf%?

Hey Mands,

150 is after approximately 2 months of cutting. As I mentioned, my frame is very small, and I am not looking to get huge. My ideal weight would probably be about 165, with a 8% or less bodyfat. I was nearing this a few months ago, unfortunately, my bulk went heavily to my middle section. A recomp would have been great, but with summer nearing I decided just to cut. I'm probably around 12-15% now.

As I mentioned, I do not have good lifting genetics. Skinny wrists, narrow shoulders, PE. Now, excuses are definitely bullshit, but I think we can all agree that genetics play a big role in lifting. I've been working quite hard the past 1.5 years after 1.5 years of lifting with fuckarounditis, and have little to show for it. Has my diet been perfect? No. Have I dedicated myself entirely to lifting? No. I'm not going to bs you guys and say I've been dedicating my life to lifting. I'm not looking to do that, as I mentioned. But I have worked very hard and I have made sacrifices, enough so that I should have made more progress than I have so far.

I'm not looking for an entirely easy way out, but I would like a boost, hence the 7 week anavar cycle. I can assure you I have done proper research and I am aware of the potential consequences. Additionally, I have taken anavar about 4 years ago, so I am aware of how my body reacts to it.

I do respect that people at this board seek to discourage casual users from getting started, instead of going with the "YEAH BRO FRICKING GO FOR IT" so common on the Internet. I can assure you though that I have looked into itand will be responsible. If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask. If you don't feel like helping me with a source, like I said, I understand, but I would appreciate the help.

Your frame is very small because you are 150lbs bro.

Don't let the genetic bullshit get in the way of your goals.

I've seen small framed guys build up plenty of muscle
you would never believe they started so small.

Has my diet been perfect? No. Have I dedicated myself entirely to lifting? No. .

Your diet and dedication are not even close to perfect.
Your 150lbs for fook sake .. like that one Mac? ;)

Really, it's not genetics holding you back, it's just
the excuse of genetics that's holding you back

Var? Really?

FOOD is what you need

Oh also, did not mention that I was 29. Still got some good years left.

You have alot of good years left, as long
as you don't get married too soon :D

I added to my reply up top..

Don't juice, get your training and diet right

What is your workout?

Like I said, I appreciate the concern and the approach you vets have to newbies, and I will keep dedicating myself to getting my training and dieting better, but I've made up my mind to do this and will be doing so. As I mentioned, I've done it before and reacted very well.

MANWHORE is correct about diet. Now you are correct that genetics play a huge part if you're going to become a pro body bulider or such. I know guys out there that take 2 grams of test a week and they will never become anything but a head case. Yes training, diet and rest are key. AAS will help you accelerate your goals if done properly. I'm not sure how your body reacted to Anavar I just know that Anavar probably wouldn't do much for you at the dose you are thinking of taking? It would be more of an mental edge that anything. If you were under 10-12% I think you could really see the benefits at the right dose. And if you were under that % I would suggest Winstrol instead. More cost effective and less total milligrams needed for results.

How are your labs? What is your Test, Free test, E2, Cholesterol, etc. Anavar will shut you down and you will have to recover. I would suggest PCT if you do opt for this cycle. I would highly advise against it. You will not get what you want out of it.

Well if you have made up your mind why the fuck are you wasting my time! Is this about finding a source in NY? Do some research in this forum and you can find a source. I have officially wasted 10 minutes of my life. NICE!!!!

Sorry if you feel you wasted your time. this is about finding a source, period, as I mentioned in the original post. I wasn't asking for anyone's opinions on Anavar or whether I should take, I was looking for a reputable source. If I wasn't clear on that and you feel you wasted your time, I apologize, but I never asked for anyone's opinion on whether or not I should take it.

I think Platz had bad genetics as far
as small legs and narrow shoulders..

Arnold had small calfs..

One of my friends was a complete bean pole
and now walks around at a solid 225 without training.

Only 2% of the population has the genetics to be a pro bodybuilder
is what alot of people say

I think maybe after you weed out those who don't want to be pros
or even train with weights, then the ones who do and are not dedicated
enough to get there, it then comes out to the 2%.

Not to mention the ones who get screwed or just have bad luck getting there

There should be plenty of sources in this section
that have been confirmed by some vets

Thanks man. I hope I'm not coming off like a dick, as i don't mean to be at all. just trying to figure some things out.

This thread is a joke! I'm starting to feel like Mac!!! I'm going to have to make a formal apology soon.

Good luck and all you had to do would of been click one or two threads down and there are like 6 sources posted.
