Karl, I was hoping you could shed some light on the apparent issues that some of the members here are having with SteroidsFax, and receiving the product they paid for. We have tried communicating with Roy/SteroidsFax, but he seems to be missing in action of late .

This is K, the founder of Sciroxx.

I introduced myself earlier. It's my pleasure to be here with you, and always willing to help and clarify any issue

We've been (almost) absence from the US market for almost a year like many of you may know.. Some may also be aware to the reasons for it. We've been operative in Europe and Asia all the time since our launch on 2008

I would like to see one bad review from a customer of Sciroxx who purchased the products from an authorized supplier, I would be careful and say that I would like to see something but excellent reviews from our customers.

I agree there are some issues with shipments, but don't you think its a bit sensationalist? Everyone is getting their stuff bit by bit, have yet to have anyone who simply hasn't gotten ANYTHING after a months time. Which is absolutely excessive, but its obvious there is a demand vs supply issue at hand here which would be nice to have addressed...but I doubt the company will just come out and say, yes we've been slacking on our shit when it comes to supplying, or there is an issue in their supply chain.

Seems a but much to call them out there...its not like they are taking money and dissapearing, but I would love to hear some official word on the supply issue to ease minds and directly address the issue.

Like I said, I got my Cyp and Clomid which I didn't even pay for in about 10 days, and this was right when things were getting bad with shipping, its definitely an issue that primarily lies with ordering things that aren't on hand, like Dbol and other orals.

I've just had a good experience with them, and would like that to be known, although that does not make the people waiting a month for their things to come in any less wrong.

I'm only trying to figure out who's really to blame. My money was collected by SteroidsFax/Roy on 28-March-2013, so as you can see my order has been in limbo for 2 months. Either SteroidsFax/Roy, the re-seller, did not forward my payment to Sciroxx, or he did. I've watched orders of the same product get filled and received after I placed mine, and yet all I continue to recieve are excuses. I have numerous communications from SteroidsFax/Roy that my shippment was sent, would be sent within the next few hours, and another that said the Clomid & Nolva were sent while the Aromosin was being processed.

I find it strange that SteroidsFax/Roy has disappeared from the forum which leads me to speculate. Something stinks here, and a quick reply from Karl could clear all of this up. From Karl's point of view, it's important that you're able to trust your Distributor's, after all they are a reflection of your company. If the shipping issue is with Karl I'm sure he would man up based on some of the responses I've seen from him, or does the issue lie with SteroidsFax? Just asking, but could it be that Karl is not receiving money from his Distributor? If that's the case, I doubt Karl would want one bad apple ruining what he's worked so hard to build when it's possible he may not be aware of what's happening.

By starting this thread, 1) I wanted to see what Karl had to say/make him aware if he wasn't, and 2) find out where the buck stopped. I wish my experience had been similar to yours so I wouldn't have to waste my time trying to get answers.

No offense brother. But the conjecture is a waste of time, and shows a lack of understanding for how it the situation works. Karl doesnt wait for payment before shipping, he trusts his distributors and they run a positive or negative balance.

i sent your tracking, stop making drama , i offered you store credits for apologies , i been short on these products, a misscommunication happened with my shipper too and i agree you been extremly delayed who occured maybe a a shit on your pct ..

Well, you've hated SF since day one. No surprise you haven't changed now. In ten years of membership you've made more posts regarding SF than any other topic here on meso, even though they've only been here for 6 months. You went as far as to send your minions...(BB69) to other boards to blast SF. You threatened them with it, then followed through. You have a hard-on for them....just admit it.

So what is the objective of this conversation? Its not 20 questions as you try to lead it into however it is one question. Is SF having issues? The answer is yes.......

I will admit I am jaded. I felt an undue amount of criticism was laid at my feet,I did my best, which was horrible at times, but overall I was satisfied with how things were when I was with SF.

I was jaded towards you, and Jim...a lil towards BB, but much less because I believe he was more fair about things. That's just my opinion tho.

Yes. SF is having issues. Have you missed the posts where I called what was happening "bullshit" and no way to run a business? I have lambasted them when they have made mistakes. I'm not a blind supporter.

But to suggest eroids, especially given your history of sending your troops to blast SF across the forums (which you promised then delivered on), smacks of bitterness to me. You will not change that opinion, just like I can't make you believe I had pure intentions for creating the SF thread on TID.

Eroids has a reputation of protecting bad sources...

SFs "issues" as you put it, consist of:

ISSUE 1)
2 customers complaining of poor dbol. (Read the threads...one is 99% sure a reverse scamming liar) which leaves one legitimate complaint of dbol, and many, many glowing reviews....even ur boy BB69 called the complainers out as being f.o.s.

ISSUE 2)
This is the real issue IMO. 2 members waited like 45 days or something atrocious like that for gear. They weren't given straight answers all the time, and I am sure it was a hellish experience for them. I believe they received tracking yesterday, one for sure.

I think I am being generous including issue 1 above. And I wouldnt call my posts regarding the shipping issues as defending SF. I blasted him. But that doesn't mean I would suggest fucking eroids...I was shocked you did, and stated my opinion.

Then everything dissolved into this, which I never wanted. But I don't take shit from you, ur dad, or king Kong. I'm not that tough, I just get beat up a lot..
