I Need EXPERT Advice and NOTHING less!!

This is going to be my first cycle and I've been researching for about a month and I believe Im ready, I came up with something like this:

Week 1-4: Dbol 25mg ED 5mg tabs at every 2 hours
Week 1-10: Deca 300mg EW (Monday)
Week 1-12: Test Cyp 500mg (2x250mg Sunday & Wednesday)
Week 14-18: Clomid 50/50/50/50 or Nolva 40/40/20/20

my question is should i use an AI anywhere in here, if so..Aromasin or letro? And i have also heard Deca was most effective around 400mg EW but is that really necessary? I mainly want the Deca for its joint relief properties and bone density increases. If you guys see anything wrong with this or have any advice PLEASE let me know soon, cause my trigger finger is a ITCHIN!!!

oh yeh, Im a very hard gainer but ripped at 170lbs at 5'9" 8% Body Fat...I've been lifting a year solid, its time for that little extra UMPH![}:)]

You asked for "EXPERT Advice and NOTHING less!!" Since no one wants to be so bold as to make the "expert" claim, you got no replies.

However, in my non expert opinion...

Lose the deca. Use test alone at 500mg QW. You can use d-bol if you want but you don't have to take it every 2 hours. 2 or 3 times a day is enough.

Have an AI on hand but don't take it unless you have high E-2 side effects.

You're starting pct too soon. Research more - particularly when to start pct, test cyp half life, etc.

You should have labs done prior to your cycle to establish a baseline for future reference.

Oh no one whole year you have to be kidding!!!!!! God damn and wasted 6 years of natural lifting before I touched gear. I should be ashamed

I've had my levels checked and im rockin about 680 right now for test. I was also informed that the half life of cyp and E were about 2 weeks....Are there and preferences Clomid vs Nolva?

And thanks for no sarcastic BS...The cycle is going to be done..

Search for Dr. Scally and pct. You'll find everything you want to know and then some.

Honestly after 2 years of lifting I wanted to hope on gear. But, luckily I was training with a big dude that was juicing and made me wait. I mean I looked up too the guy so if he told me to do something so I can be like him i took the advice. I am honestly very thankful he gave me that advice instead of just saleing me the shit.

And my wife wonders why I am constantly reading up on this forum! You learn a ton about health, fitness and motivation. And if you not a narcissist or a "fat fuck" people are more than willing to help you out. (But just like school you have to do your homework first). And oh yeah, there are some funny fuckers on this forum of knowledge... This is way better then men's health! :D
 
170 8% in a year is a great accomplishment natty. You are not a hard gainer lol

That would be more like 135 lb 6%
 
Lemme be reasonable here. Wait ONE year. And then do test and anavar. Bone mass will go up. You're asking for all kinda sides using dbol and deca on your first cycle. You would blow up probably 40 or 50 lbs, get covered in stretch marks and probably feel like total ass during PCT.

There's a reason you should stick to a simpler cycle for your first. 19-nors and aromatising Orals are not a good idea for cycle #1. Test only would give you 30 lbs....
 
Has anyone actually asked this kid how old he is? I'd estimate he's about 18-19 +/- just going off his typing style.
