New year, new Pep cycle

What's up dudes?

I'll be starting me a new cycle soon. I'll be running all Pep gear for 15 weeks and will have the following in my body:

Tesp Prop 100mgs eod
NPP 100mgs eod
Mast Prop 100 mgs eod

Anadrol weeks 1-6
Halo weeks 8-10
Var weeks 11-PCT

I have Letro and Prami on hand and will run Clomid and Tamox for PCT.
I'll be looking at 4 to 5k calories a day which sucks because it is such a damn chore...

Right now I'm 5 foot 8ish and about 207 and about 14% bf.

Bench: 375 x 5
Squat: 365 x 5
Dead: 405 x 1
Seated Military 245 x 8

Since I didn't want the old deca dick, I have been pinning super test for two weeks and will continue to pin it once a week so I can still lay pipe. Main cycle starts Monday.

And I thought I was doing good getting 315x5.Well when you reach the top a bigger dog is allways there to knock you on your ass saying try harder cuz that shit isn't cutting it!Time to get 10 plates on those deads this ride tao but your upper is doing well.
 
Strong lifts brother. You should train legs 2x a week this cycle. Heavy Intense Day, and volume day.

You don't want to end up looking like grimace :D

Yes and my deadlift should be more. Meniscal debridement, two additional meniscal tears, and moderate degenerative arthritis have stopped alot of that. The further away from my last cycle I get, the more everything hurts. I'm kind of excited to see what the NPP will do. I think I can get my squat and dead up over my bench although I normally don't squat over 315 for reps. Same with bench.
I've been working on lighter weight deads for reps and trying to make sure my form is g2g so I don't blow a disk also

Understandable ive done the same as im not going below 8 reps on my deads and squat as my knees are feeling funky.Looking forward to seeing how the npp treats you.

Seated Military 245 x 8 is insane bro!!

I feel like most people have a couple exercises where they have "retard strength". Mine happens to be flat and incline bench and military. I don't really even do shoulders either. It's weird. Of course being short helps and i don't have to move weight over the same distance as taller people either.

We've all had squat/deadlift injuries , very much understood . I switch over to leg presses and hack squats(love) when that happens ......

I've learned that heavy leg extensions are no good for me although for warm up they are amazing. Light weight for 3x15 helps alot. I've been hitting bulgarian split squats. Those suck but they have shocked my quads. I'm going back to box squat and leg presses for this cycle though. I'm not a big fan of hack squats but maybe I'll look into them again.

What is your opinion guys. Should I start halo right after the NPP gets my joints lubed up (week 2 or so) or should I wait until weeks 8 - 10?
 
I needed it later in my cycle. My joints were killing. Npp was never suppose to be in my cycle. It was my wd40. Added muscle and added stress to your joints later in cycle.

No no, you misunderstood. I'm running the NPP the whole time, especially after talking to you about it. What I'm wondering is when to start the halo. Do I start halo as soon as I feel the NPP kick in or do I wait until weeks 8 through 10 to run the halo
 
See this is why I try not to post when I am on the treadmill or elliptical. Sorry Tao I read it wrong. No experience with halo.
