1. Nature and Purpose of the Service

MESO-Rx is a privately operated, independent discussion forum intended solely for educational, analytical, and harm-reduction–oriented discussion. The Service does not sell, distribute, broker, recommend, endorse, or facilitate the acquisition of any products, substances, or services. MESO-Rx is not a marketplace, intermediary, or communications channel for commercial transactions of any kind.

All content posted to the Service is user-generated. The views, statements, and opinions expressed by users are solely those of the individual authors and do not reflect the views of MESO-Rx, its administrators, moderators, or affiliates.

2. Age Restriction (21+)

Access to and participation in MESO-Rx is strictly limited to individuals 21 years of age or older.

By registering an account, you affirm and represent that you meet this age requirement. Accounts determined, in the sole discretion of MESO-Rx, to be operated by individuals under the age of 21, or created through age misrepresentation, may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice. This restriction is imposed due to the recognized health risks associated with anabolic steroids and performance-enhancing drugs and is fundamental to the Service’s harm-reduction objectives.

3. No Advice; No Reliance

Content made available through the Service is provided for general informational and discussion purposes only. Nothing on MESO-Rx constitutes, or should be relied upon as, medical advice, legal advice, professional guidance, or instruction of any kind.

You acknowledge that participation in discussions involving drugs, substances, or related practices carries inherent risks and that you assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions you take based on information obtained through the Service.

4. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you submit, post, or otherwise make available through the Service (“Content”). You assume all risks associated with your Content, including any reliance by others.

MESO-Rx makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated Content and expressly disclaims any responsibility for it.

5. Moderation and Enforcement Authority

All Content is subject to review, moderation, restriction, reclassification, or removal at the sole discretion of MESO-Rx. The Service reserves the unrestricted right to take any moderation or enforcement action deemed appropriate, including suspension or termination of accounts, with or without cause and with or without notice.

Submission of Content constitutes consent to processing by automated systems or third-party services, including spam prevention, security, and compliance tools. Do not submit Content you consider private, confidential, or personally identifying.

6. Prohibited Uses and Content

You agree not to use the Service to submit, link to, request, coordinate, or otherwise engage in Content that:

• Facilitates, promotes, coordinates, or enables illegal activity of any kind
• Involves direct sales, purchasing assistance, sourcing requests, transactional coordination, pricing information, or commercial solicitation (except as expressly permitted in Section 7)
• Functions as advertising, promotion, marketing, or lead generation
• Contains active hyperlinks or contact methods intended to direct users to external sales platforms or commercial channels (except as expressly permitted in Section 7)
• Encourages unsafe, reckless, or coercive behavior related to drug use
• Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or deliberately disruptive
• Infringes intellectual property rights or discloses private or identifying information
• Constitutes spam, shilling, astroturfing, coordinated campaigns, or incentive-driven posting

7. Accountability, Anti-Fraud Discussion, and Controlled Source Participation

Notwithstanding the restrictions set forth in these Terms, MESO-Rx permits limited, non-facilitative discussion regarding products and services for the purposes of harm reduction, consumer protection, transparency, and accountability.

a. Member Transactional Discussion

Members may, in good faith, share retrospective and descriptive accounts of their own transactional experiences, including order fulfillment outcomes, product quality concerns, laboratory testing results, customer service issues, payment disputes, or unresolved problems. Such discussion must remain factual, historical, and non-instructional.

b. Pricing Context for Anti-Fraud Purposes

General pricing information may be discussed solely for the purpose of identifying scams, impersonation, or abnormal market behavior, such as extreme price deviations commonly associated with fraud.

Permitted pricing discussion is limited to:

• Broad price ranges or historical averages
• Comparative descriptions of pricing anomalies (e.g., unusually low or high pricing linked to scams)
• Post-transaction reporting of prices actually paid

Pricing discussion may not include:

• Calls to purchase or recommendations to buy
• Instructions on how, where, or from whom to purchase
• Price lists, menus, discounts, or promotional framing
• Coordination or negotiation of transactions

MESO-Rx does not verify, endorse, or validate any pricing information.

c. Contact Information for Anti-Impersonation and Scam Prevention

Limited discussion of source contact identifiers may be permitted solely to distinguish known entities from impersonators and to reduce fraud-related harm.

Permitted contact discussion may include:

• Identifying previously used contact methods after a transaction has occurred
• Warning the community about impersonation attempts or fraudulent contact changes
• Clarifying that specific contact details are no longer valid due to known scams

Contact information may not be posted for the purpose of enabling new transactions, initiating contact, or directing users to purchase products or services. Any content that functions as a call to action or facilitation remains prohibited.

d. Source Participation for Accountability

To promote transparency and accountability, sources or vendors may participate in designated areas of the forum to respond to customer questions or complaints; address allegations of fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation; clarify disputed timelines, testing claims, or service issues; and publicly resolve documented problems.

Such participation is permitted solely for accountability and clarification purposes. Sources may not advertise, solicit, publish pricing, share contact methods as calls to action, or otherwise engage in commercial activity.

MESO-Rx reserves sole discretion to determine whether any content exceeds these limitations and may remove, restrict, or terminate participation at any time. Nothing in this section shall be construed as endorsement, authorization, partnership, or approval of any source, product, pricing, or contact information by MESO-Rx.

8. No Right of Access

Access to the Service, including the ability to post, reply, message, or access specific areas, is a privilege, not a right. MESO-Rx does not guarantee continued access or participation privileges and may modify or revoke such privileges at any time.

9. License to Use Content

By submitting Content to the Service, you grant MESO-Rx a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, quote, archive, and redistribute that Content in connection with the operation, moderation, security, or educational use of the Service. You retain ownership of your Content.

10. Modifications to Terms

These Terms and Rules may be modified at any time. Continued use of the Service following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
