Planning your first cycles

A lot of people seem to struggle with what would be a good first, second and third cycle. In my opinion, less is always more and you ought to maximize your results with the minimal amount of drugs. Here is how you should structure your first few cycles:

First Cycle-
Testosterone enanthate or cypionate 500mg's per week
Arimidex .25mgs every other day
Run this for 12 weeks, then follow Scally's power PCT plan (this will be applied to all further cycles, if you plan to blast and cruise or stay on, that's your responsibility).

Now, after the first cycle your AI's (adex or aromasin, don't fuck with letro) will change depending on how your body aromatizes. This is why having your PCT drugs on hand before your cycle is helpful, in case gyno pops up you can start your nolva or ralox ASAP. Mid-cycle bloods will help you narrow down your AI dosages, as well.

Second Cycle-
Testosterone enanthate or cypionate 500mg's per week
Deca Durabolin 500mg's per week
Dianabol 50mg's/day for the first 4 weeks
Run this 12-16 weeks

Third Cycle, choose either to "cut" or to "bulk"-
Cut cycle-
Trenbolone Acetate start at 50mg's every other day, and increase by 50mg's EOD every 2 weeks until sides cannot be tolerated. Do NOT increase the amount until you have run that level for 2 weeks.
Testosterone propionate- 500mg's per week, you can opt to run it lower around 300 if you'd prefer.
Anavar at 100mg's/day or winstrol at 50mg's/day for either the first or last 4 weeks.
Run this up to 10 weeks.

Bulk cycle-
Testosterone Enanthate or Cyp. 750mg's/week
EQ 700mg's/week
Deca 500mg's/week
Anadrol100mg's/day for the first 3 weeks
Run this up to 16 weeks


Wrap up- THIS IS NOT the end all, be all way to cycle! This is what I recommend to friends, and it's worked well. This shit isn't rocket science, and it's a marathon, not a sprint. You should be "safe" with these cycles.

Also, learn how to diet and train before starting your cycling, trust me.
 
Great cycle advice thread. Not stupid dosages after your first cycle where people seem to go wrong then need to take more and more in the future.
 
Good post Wunderpus but it's a shame it's come to this on Meso. Seems many new guys here just can't or choose not to do their research. Honestly even a retard can enter "first steroid cycle" in Google and receive the right info :rolleyes: Do your homework people!

Regarding the first cycle would it be better to use testosterone propionate instead and only run for 8 weeks for a faster recovery or is that another subject as it acquires a certain level of knowledge to purchase quality product so a newbie will have some issues in that department if you get my drift :)

You have been talking to Dr Jim. :) I agree. Just because a member has ran a first cycle using 500mg of test doesn't mean he/she needs to use a cocktail of AAS. Gains will still be seen with that same dose.

I can understand that we are like kids in a candy store and want to sample all the goodies, but add more when you plateau and gains slow down.

Thanks for the info! I am getting my First Cycle plan ready but I'm still a little confused about HCG, most of people recommends to do it while on cycle (500ui per week) until last shot, but there is also Dr. Scallys PCT program which includes hcg... Am I missing something?

Great post brother as I was wondering how to run tren ace as I plan on running it in my next run. I was curious of what dosage to start at and you hit the nail on the head.
