Believe it or not, out in the "real world" most muscle beyond what you'll get after a couple years of lifting is usually not appreciated. Also pretty much no one wants to *truly optimize* muscle buildingI was not aware of these terms [dysfunctional exercise and drive for muscularity (DM)]. Isn't everyone driving for muscularity?
