As I've never had issues with any particular ester like some do, I've usually just bought whatever is least expensive per mg. It's usually people that are inexperienced or new to AAS that get all particular about esters. Tracking said “package will be delivered later than expected”, so I contacted primal to follow up. They replied in probably an hour saying “that’s not normal, and we’re out of the products you ordered so we can’t reship HOWEVER, here’s your money back in store credit plus an extra $130 on top of my original payment.”
I scanned the website looking to place a new order, but damn near everything Is sold out or running low. Their prices Are competitive and apparently the quality is top notch too. So I asked for a refund (expecting some push back), and without hesitation, he said “of course! Sorry for the inconvenience. Here’s your full refund plus $20 for the trouble”.
I can’t personally vouch for the quality of gear, myself. Haven’t gotten to try it yet. But their customer service is out-fucking-standing. My package didn’t show up, but I didn’t lose a couple hundred bucks. I’m perfectly square.
Thank you guys for being honorable. I’ll be back to try again once they’re stocked back up.

Yea. They're great. On the first order i placed, the institution i used to transfer bitcoin charged outrageous fee. So they ended up recieving less then expected. I told them to remove some items to reduce price, instead of sending more and paying another fee.
