GCMS and HPLC -- any relationship?

Even tho we can't say exactly much (mg) of BB is used, it has the largest BB area under curve as compared to all other products we have data on, so yea i do believe it was brewed with the intention to hold a high concentration product.
The model is basically ready to tell you how much BB is in the oil for MCT products.

Will be helpful on multiple fronts.

GCMS MESO Model (GMM): vendors can run but they can't hide.

Point me to thread. I will try to get your testing money back.
I solved it on Telegram not on Meso. It is already forgotten and I don't want to open it anymore, At least he immediately returned the money for the order. Lesson learned for next time. Anyway, thank you

For what compound?
Just asked. That's the fun part. It doesnt matter. The model works for all the common AAS now that we have a dataset. Just need model for each oil matrix. We have quite a bit of dats for MCT now. Within 2% error in most cases.

All the main AAS in oils are going to have similar vapor pressure and rough ionization (per mg) with their steroid ring and ester groups. That's why correlation so strong.

Interesting, I'm still trying to understand what's going on in this thread don't mind me.

Vendor does HPLC
Customer does GCMS.

Customer can tell if vendor is bullshitting since we have model that can accurately predict HPLC result from GCMS test.

Customer gets BB and BA content.

Customer gets oil type.

Customer can check for other impurities with GCMS.

It's that easy huh. Good stuff man.

This thread is great.

I'm looking at spectrometers from China and they range from $190 to $35,000. Do we know what specifications are needed?

If anyone wants to take over this project and improve vendor oil quality, please feel free to. I no longer have a need to buy vendor oils and won't be maintaining this project.

Will also be reducing my posting frequency on the boards.
