what significantly improved your kidney health markers?

That right there could be putting some substantial strain on your kidneys
You think so? Even with the boost in eGFR I observed?

Clinical trials in CKD patients have used doses up to 30g/day of astragalus root and reported improvements in kidney function markers, including eGFR. Although I must admit I do not have CKD and these studies typically used raw herb preparations rather than standardized extracts.

Some interesting information I found when I researched the effect of this, I wonder if something other than this was in play to help raise EGFR?

Ok guys don't try it. I wouldn't want something to mess with your medications or have you waste money. Yeah I just randomly throw shit in my protocol and it must've been something else.

You take 20 pills?
A day?

This worked for me per lab work. It was 2 months. I took 4 tsp, which will be 8g. Knocked it right back in line. After the test I dropped to 2 tsp which is 4g. Took another round of tests 3 months later, got a new PCP and had new impatient deal w/tests as part of their requirement, and my levels rose a bit but still plenty in line. I still take 4g per day. I put it in tea, its great.

Have not heard of the Urolithin A thing but I'm going to look into it. I probably can't take it if its similar to grapefruit. Tadalifil 5mg per day it's recommended to avoid grapefruit.
