thyroid gland

on the average the thyroid produces 18-25 mcgs of t-3 daily. T-4 I am not sure of, but t-3 is the main cellular energy compent and eventually what t4 converts into.

Thanks

Because I'm on t3 25mcg + t4 50mcg and lab results are:

FT3 3,1pg/ml (2,3-4,2)

FT4 0,69ng/dl (0,61-1,12)

Now bump t4 at 100mcg

My weight is 140lbs, 5'6'', all hormone results are fine, except little low Dhea, little low cholesterol(120, range 140-200)and low WBC(3,9 range 4,5-8)

100mcg t4 + 25mcg t3 is a high dose?

Maybe I have not good absorbtion of the drugs?I take the drugs times a day,15 minute before breakfast and dinner

if you dr tells your cholesterol is awesome ...You need to really reconcider that he may be a huge mistake telling you that

Your vitamin D, choline, b-12,adnrenal. possible copper is low or biounvailable.
You may also have a chronic infections causing low white blood cells.
May want to check ferritin since its needed to push thyroid into the cell
you have over expression of the d1 enyzme reflecting possible iodine/selenium imbalance

Thanks.I eat two yolk at day and some cheese, but cholesterol is always under 140

I have antipituitary antibodies, maybe this can cause low wbc?

Others:
HDL 40 (>36)
LDL 72 (100-150) low***
Cortisol 11,9ug/dl (8,7-22,4)
Dhea 2,2ng/ml (2,4-12,5)
Insulin 2,3microU/l (1,9-23) low? why? serum glucose is between 72-85 average
Shbg 26nmol/l (13-60)
b12 in the high range
ferritin 236ng/ml (50-300)

Fat is beiing stored in the liver not being released resulting in low cholesterol, LDL,HDL, DHEA and other hormonal issues. People with low cholesterol are at increased risk for heart disease as well as hormonal issues. LDL is looked at bad cholesterol, but in realiity it needed to remove fats from the liver and transport to tissue. If you are low cholesterol then you are storing it in your liver resulting in decreased antioxident capacity.
One can suspect symptoms of inuslin imbalnaces may be not now but over time it will be increased

What should ferritin be to utilise thyroid properly

Ferritin should be 100 -150 in normal HEALTHY people for proper thyroid use. Average ferritin in numberous cases ranges in average of 110-150 . Anything above upper range needs to be further explored and also could be underlying infections or excessive vitamin C
