Well I was running close to that when preloading. Was running 1.5ml every 3 days and had water retention like a mofo. Looking more at 1.5ml every mon/thursday. Then give or take I am at around 500mg a week.
You would be surprised. Most the whey protein on the market is garbage. Tests have been ran. But as for the information you seek, you will find plenty of information on here. I did, look in the testing area and cross reference it with the ugl. Gather an opinion of who you would be comfortable with.

Its called the search button. You do some research and you will find info on labs and make an educated guess. No lab is 100% gtg and all have issues. So look thru the lab testibg area and cross reference and find something you are comfortable with.

Is currently the Arnold Blueprint. Started day one one Wednesday which was same as first injection. Figured I loved it last time I geared up. Will post weights on lifts weekly on Wednesdays.
