Well definitely keep that in mind I was looking on eBay and everywhere for different varieties. I lean to those Ohio valley ones because they are Not bulky. When covering the vials I also look at efficiency and time. I’ll get bought both thank you sir was a pleasure on my end and thank you for...

All good points which is why we will be switching. Now that we have a much larger customer base the shortcomings of the product are easier to be pointed out which we are grateful for. Thank you for pointing us in the right direction to make a even better product! :)

Transferring oils for long term storage

I don't think there will be a significant difference (personally) if you can ensure that there is zero contact between the stoppers and the oils, during storage. I'm thinking temperature and humidity might matter more for rubber stoppers. I've seen rubber degrade pretty quick (especially shoes...

Transferring oils for long term storage

I mix all the time into vials, much easier than mixing in syringes and probably more accurate too. Also reduces the amount of pokes I have to do into separate vials. Don't see any issues, even if different oils. As for BB, it's not an issue as most vendors use more than necessary most of the time.

...of sorts in the long term, and I'm curious to see the differences between these vials and others with PTFE stoppers instead of the Flurotec, and also the differences between shelf life of similarly stored GSO vs MCT vials. Here are some very basic, small labels I make for my peptides that...

Oh wow I never thought the stickers could be used again. I too do basic labels for peptides just to identify them. Using a cheap niimbot thermal printer from Amazon.

...then it still leaks). Butyl rub is superior to silicone even without a PTFE coating, with a PTFE coating it's like confronting a Ferrari (flurotec stoppers) to a fucking fiat 500 (silicone stoppers). Without the PTFE it's still BMW vs broken FIAT500. I like your setup, it's basic but not...

...you want as little dead space/air in the vial as possible, but you don't want the oil making contact with the stopper, even when using PTFE, Flurotec or other Teflon type coated stoppers. While these stopper are far, far superior to plain butyl and silicon stoppers, it's still not ideal for...

How much gear do you keep on hand?

Now that you've said it, it's got me thinking "prepper vials" was a missed opportunity by sources to capitalize on the shortages we knew were coming. Offering products in vials, perhaps larger than 10ml, with enhanced longevity features designed to extend shelf life to its maximum could have...

Chapter 19 of the attached textbook. @readalot Or just convince @Stanfordpharma1 to offer "prepper" vials with ptfe lined or FluroTec lined stoppers from West Pharmaceuticals, effectively immune to degradation for more than a decade. Easy to buy a bag on eBay. I'm sure folks would be happy...

What I've learned so far about extended shelf life to the max includes doing the following; *Using stoppers coated in PTFE, Flurotec, Teflon, or other highly chemically resistant, minimally gas permeable materials and coatings. This ensures a good seal that lasts a long time, and...

Fluorotec stoppers are going to be the best, but it's gonna be close to a dollar each stopper. The vials are going to be the expensive ones, presumably 50ml/100ml ALK vials since the goal is long term storage. Question is..how would you know if it's actually sterile, with actual Fluorotec...
