I have limited experience with this, but those look a lot like West Flurotec stoppers to me. The surface texture and relatively deep concave face are what makes me think so.

...that I've punctured ~180 times, maybe 30x with a 19g and the other 150 times with a 22g, and you can barely tell it's been punctured at all, and definitely zero coring. It's not even the top of the line Flurotec, it's a PTFE stopper according to the source. I'll post pics when I get home later.

ALK has the best glass but those stoppers are not PTFE or FLUROTEC. These are the ones you want, the glass is not as good but as least it's PTFE coated. An unexpired ALK vial with FLUROTEC will cost significantly more, which is why people get the expired ones...

These are ok. As you know you can get the Flurotec ones "expired" for even cheaper per unit. Not that they are going to expire before we do.

There's a few sources here using Flurotec and PTFE stoppers. At this point, I don't want stoppers made from anything else. Here's a PTFE stopper with ~180 piercings on it (daily micro dosing tren). Most were with a 22g, but a few dozen or so were 19g (iirc).

I never had issues with KsTec, but then @Ghoul and @readalot had to chime in with horror stories and I'm back to full blown paranoia again.
