Ghoul if one use a 25g to pierce the stopper, a quality stopper like those flurotec, would you think it's ok to not use a filter spike for a 10ml vial? I mean for coring, assuming the oil is completely sterile and without any other impurities.

There are no core needles you can buy. Search for “NoCor”.

It's super expensive, I better just buy pre sterilized vials if I have to spend that kind of money on a stopper. Especially one that is not needed as my vials are kept upside and so the oil almost never touch the stopper, there is no risk of corrosion.

A good stopper makes it less likely to "shed". Most of the particles don't come from the "core", but the friction of the needle sides rubbing on the stopper. Also, a good quality stopper isn't going to be made with the toxic ingredients cheaper, unregulated manufacturers use to make the rubber...
