The lowest dose for eod. But honestly I don’t think that low of a total dose will bring your e2 from 60 to 30-40, maybe you’ll need more but you can always add more after you retest in 3-4 weeks

...possible dose with a sensible timing. What would you suggest? 0.125 mg every other day (EOD)? Or would it be better to take it every 3.5 days or Monday/Wednesday/Friday (MWF)? Then I will have blood work after 1 week and will look my e2 (standard because in Italy we have not ultra sensitive)

There's no real rush to get back to taking orders, especially if it just means more down time anyways. Folks will wait a day or two more when and where needed. Better to be ahead than caught up just to start it over again, IMO.
