    Are twist-motion situps any better than straight ones?

    For ab training, are twist motion situps (situps where you twist your spine a little bit, i.e. your left triceps touches your right knee in the top position, and viceversa right/left) any better than straight ones (when your left triceps touches your left knee)?

    Bodyfat level needed for abs to become clearly visible?

    It looks like low bodyfat is more important than ab muscle size. Even pros thick abs become blurred in the offseason as they bulk.

    Crooked abs

    Anyone else have this problem? And has anyone been able to correct it? I heard it's genetic but also that it's from training abnormalities that lead to different growths in the individual abdominals.
