reconstituting 176-191 5mgs

I need to reconstitute a vial of 176-191 5mgs and CJC-1295 DAC 5mgs (products are combined in one vial). Can anyone advise how many ml or units of Bacteriostatic water I need to add to the vial? From my understanding, it is best to inject in the morning while fasting and do cardio 1 hour later...
