unfinished oils

Can somebody point me to a resource about unfinished raws? From what I can tell, it seems like it's just bulk product that has been pre-mixed. As far as I can tell, the remaining steps are: 1. Sterilize the vials 2. Fill them while filtering through a micron wheel filter 3. Put on the stopper...
