    For you milk drinkers, what are you drinking? Whole? 2%? 1%? Skim? When i got back into training, i was tearing up the whole milk. Before i knew it, my pants size increased by 3. Not the desired effect i was looking for. Switched to 1% thereafter and have been happy. Picked up some skim milk...
