1.5 to 2g of protein

Lifting in steroids without enough protein is like having a 30 man crew show up for home renovations and only having a single 2x4 and a hammer on hand. Need the materials.

Right now I do four 60gram shakes a day plus a solid diet skewed toward protein. I weigh around 240 to 250. I get on average over 400 grams a day so not quite 2. It makes a big difference.
