100mg DNP

Would 100mg DNP every day still yield a good 10% increase in BMR? In other words, there's no "minimum" DNP that needs to be in the body before it starts causing uncoupling? Reason being I want to run a very low dose DNP with little to no bloat and no lethargy... 200mg might not even be noticable in that regard, but if it is I'd like to drop down to 100.

I think DNP has a 36hr half life, so therefore if you run 100mg for about 20 days or so, the actual level of DNP in your system will be something like 200-300mg, so I think you will still be able to get results

I don't really know though, that is just me thinking about it a little bit

The 11% rule of thumb is based on the daily dose, after serum levels have built up. This means it already takes into account the fact that the drug accumulates. So 100mg/day = 11% increase in metabolism, after the drug has built up. After 5 days, the drug will have built up to 90% of it's maximum, stable level.

I doubt 100mg/day would help you very much. It's pretty likely that you would adapt, in the sense that your metabolism would cease to be raised to the same extent, despite the uncoupling. This "tolerance" to the drug is mentioned in the original studies on DNP. They always dealt with it by simply increasing the dose of DNP. I think at 200mg/day (maybe taken to 300mg/day after a while) would be a more effective long term strategy. Doing it this way, you could still minimize the side effects while getting a lot more out of it.

Incidentally, I heard that Pyrex was planning to switch to 100mg caps pretty soon for more accurate dosing. I haven't verified this though.

200mg/day from here on out it is then. Perhaps I should've waited longer after my last run before picking it up again... but I believe I shed almost all the water from it and barely felt any effects (still had the equiv of about 50-100mg in serum levels tho, according to its HL) and am itching to getting back to using it again.

There's no reason you have to wait, unless you want the break.

What were the final results from your last cycle? How many total days did you run it and how much weight did you lose?

Oh whoops... Sorry I forgot to update. :) Went from 182 to 170 in about 20 days. Was on 600mg DNP for most of the time except for 800mg the last 3 days. To tell you the truth, I ended up eating like absolute shit at about 5k cals per day (which is uncharacteristic of me, as diet is always to the T), so I wonder how much more that loss would have been if I had been on diet.

Sides were very tolerable, except for this one weird thing... my ankles spontaneously started writhing in pain for about 20 mins at a time, then the pain would disappear. This immediately stopped after I stopped taking DNP. Overall, probably the best thing I've ever cycled. It DEFINITELY had 0 impact on my setpoint bf... usually after losing 10 lbs, my hunger is through the roof as my body tries to stabilize my bodyfat. However right after going off of DNP, I had no urge to eat, energy peaked, etc. Great cycle overall. Now I'm looking to run 200mg/day until contest in conjunction with a very hardcore diet and some T3 help (would just up the DNP dosage, but I can't psychologically handle the bloat right now before contest). :)
