Longer, lower-dose DNP cycles?

Do you think it's really necessary to go beyond 200 ed of DNP to see improvements?

If you keep it that low, wouldn't you be able to stay on longer without experiencing any serious sides?

I know some folks here say that DNP loses its effectiveness after eleven days, but if you lowered the dose, might that not allow you to extend the period of effectiveness?

Any real world experiences people can share about longer/lower-dose DNP cycles?

Please help this fat-assed old bastard with some input. :cool:

It definitely does not loose its effectiveness after a certain amount of days remember you can only take so much of this stuff as it builds up in your system so even a low dose run you can only take so much before the sides wear you down....
You don't have to go over 200mg to see improvements the ranges I have used were any were from 200mg to 600mg (I have ran 10 DNP cycles and currently on one now 600mg 1st day-flowed by 400mg for the next 7) I have ran 200mg cycle for 10 days and lost 5-6lbs and the sides were tolerable its when you get around 400mg and up that your sweating like a pig, miserable, can't sleep right etc....
I really don't see the need to go over 400mg to be honest (I have because I am experienced and wanted to get it in my system faster because of time-this time around and it was only for one day)

Any thing else you want to know-just holla!

I think that 400mg is ideal if you are 200+, but it will make you sweat and be quite uncomfortable. I have never run a 200mg cycle, but I will this summer because where I live it is too hot and humid to even think about running 400mg. My A/C would cost me out the ass if I did that. I think Bob Smith had good results with the 200mg cycles for around 14-21 days, you might want to ask him about that. If you work in a professional atmosphere or anywhere where unusual sweating would be a bad thing, then I would highly suggest sticking with 200mg.

Gosh, and I thought it was just me... (j/k: have never seen the posting of your fat-assed ugly girlfriend).

Have never run a 200mg only cycle, have done 3 400mg cycles in the winter months. Plan on doing 200mg cycles this summer, though. I don't think I could stand 400mg when it's warm out. At 400mg, I'm feeling hot even with the temperature in the house down in the low 60's and me just in my undies.
 
My previous cycles were at 600/day and am currently running 400/day. I think that next time I try the 200/day to minimize sides, like sweating my ass off at work, and try to make up the difference with a little more cardio. I figure that I won't have to do intense cardio just something easy but for longer each day. It seems like a good idea unless you have to lose it in seven days, which I don't.
 
long term low dose

Greyowl, I have done 3 200mg 21 day cycles of PL DNP with very good results. I have to say though I did supplement T3 at 50mg per day split in 2 doses and followed Para's Dnp diary about organ protection to the letter. I lost an average of 12 lbs of fat per cycle with very few side effects. I would recommend this method of using DNP over short term high doses, as I have made that mistake. I did a three day 600mg cycle and I thought I was going to die from it, Never again for me. I hope this helps.
