ive heard that women can develop cataracts(sp?) with DNP
Men can get cataracts from DNP as well. It's a very rare side effect, though, with an estimated incidence rate of around 0.1%. As long as you have a healthy antioxidant status, you should be just fine. That's not to mention that DNP cataracts were reportedly easy to remove once they had developed.

And before someone brings up birth defects, there's no evidence that DNP is taratogenic. Well over 100,000 people took DNP in the 1930's and birth defects were never mentioned. That's not to say DNP is decidedly safe (for example, alcohol, which was eventually linked to FAS), but there's no evidence thus far to indicate that it's dangerous in this regard.

It's just fine for women to take DNP..

would women take a dosage of 200mg a day for 20-30 days or would they have to do something like 200mg eod bc of their lower body mass to begin?

The "right" dosage is very individual. You can't give a blanket recommendation. People should start at a low dose and run it for a few days to assess tolerance. Once you're sure you're not allergic to it (no rash, etc), then slowly increase the dosage (if you want to) while watching body temperature. If after 5-7 days at a given dosage your temperature is not in the high 99's or higher, then go ahead and increase the dosage, otherwise, drop the dosage back down to avoid problems with overheating.
