Breakfast shake:
I add one of these to my breakfast in morning, goes great with a cup of oatmeal and a few boiled eggs.
Bottom Layer:
1 ripe Avocado, peeled and pit removed
1 cup low fat yogurt (plain)
Juice from ½ a lime
3 table spoons of honey
1 scoop plain or vanilla protein, I use ON Brand currently
Top Layer:
1 1/3 cup wild blueberries, frozen
¼ cup almond butter or natural smooth peanut butter (my choice)
1 cup low fat yogurt (plain)
1/3 cup skim milk, I usually do more, at least ½ cup
1 scoop plain or vanilla protein.
Nutritional Info: Remember this was originally made for 4 people, LOL.
Protein 94g plus depending on the type of yogurt etc
Carbs 112g
Fiber 20g
Fat 76g, 8g saturated ** Avocado's are high in good fats
Calories: approximately 1240.
I will have half of this with oatmeal and the other half in the truck, unless the wife or kids grab it, LOL.
Cheers Rek
