napsgear is reliable???????

Hi guys I have order to this site 3 weeks ago,they have not shipped yet
They say that they haven't 1 product on stock.
I tell them to change wiht another product in stock and they say many excuses
for not shipping:confused:
Do you think that they are seriously or not :confused:

I'm not ordering from them , too much bad karma from this vendor lately.....

They have had there troubles like most at some time do! Pm naps here and Im sure he will get it straightened out! That im sure of!
 
He is running a free giveaway to meso members due to questions about the quality of some of his products. Everyone seems to take a step back and see for the time being. I would advice you do the same and take precaution with anything you get from them until others chime in about ,if the quality issues had been fixed.
 
I've got several friends over at 'ology that still havent got their order from Naps, and over a month has passed ......they also feel like their being ignored .
You dont hear about that here with the "Big 3"........:D
 
My order also got shipped in less than a week, but everything I ordered was in Stock. If you order something like AAS from a shop that has the products you want not in stock you obviously have to wait some time mb 2-4 weeks. After all this is not amazon.
 
That sucks. I would think that naps would change your order and get something shipped out to you. I know when you want it you want it.
 
I did not have problem with delivery, sometimes they dragged their asses a little longer than they should but got all sooner or later
 
I bought from them twice years ago and both times I ordered GP but got gen shi.

And shipping was about 35 days. I don't think they ripped you off they are just odd with communication and general operations.

But what do you expect from an open source.

Hold out a bit longer and keep your hopes up. You ll get your package.
 
the stuff gets there eventually. I always hear complaints about shipping times- never about bunk or under dosed injectables. complaining about a back order? seriously? I sometimes wonder if people have ever been on the other side of even a legal distribution company- forget about an illegal one with expectations as unrealistic as they are.
 
Their customer service is a hassle, but I haven't heard them ultimately not pulling through . When I ordered with them, they sent me missing gear. It took 2 weeks, but they eventually agreed and reshipped. They also didn't credit me all of my money that was in "my wallet". Took a week and a lot of back and forth, but they eventually credited me. I don't trust their gear, though, so I'd never order from them again.

Remember OP, Naps is dealing with thousands of customers. IMO, that's the downfall of essentially going to the walmart of AAS.

OP, PM me your order number please. We usually ship our orders within 2-3 days after the payment is accepted. However, some of our suppliers ship their products direct and some of them are slow. I'm talking about Chinese suppliers of HGH and HardCoreLabs. Rest of the products from our shop are shipped immediately. Pm me the order number please.

Disagree. We run one of the best customer service on the market with 24/7 live support. Yes the agent may sometimes not know the details and forward the issue to the upper management and it may take some time but in 99% of the cases we are able to assist our customers promptly.

Can you PM me their names please? Nobody is being ignored by our customer support. There should be a reason
