150 mg/wk Cruise Bloodwork (Low FT4?)

This is part of my bloodwork on Pharmacom's Test C 150 mg/wk cruise. I'm quite satisfied with the testosterone result (7.4 multiplier), but I'm not sure how to interpret the Free T4 and TSH values. They're quite on the low side, do you think there's any problem with my thyroid? What symptoms should I watch out for? I don't want to be self medicating with thyroid medications if it's not really needed. Thank you.

Transcribed values:
Free T4: 0.69 ng/dL [Ref: 0.70 - 1.48]
TSH: 0.52 μIU/mL [Ref: 0.35 - 4.94]
Testosterone: 11.15 ng/mL [Ref: 2.49 - 8.36] ECLIA method

Where is T3?

TSH being low is great, that actually shows everything is okay. T4 being low means you might convert at a very high rate to T3. Sadly its hard to say if you are okay or not bc T3 is missing for the whole picture.

Do you have any symptoms? Feeling sleepy, moody, low libido? There's more just look them up with Google.

No. Your tsh is great. Low number means fast throid or optimal. 4.8 tsh is when Dr. put me on levothyroxine. You want a tsh like yours or between 1.0 - 2.0 Accually any lower you'd be hyperthyroidism.

So should I just leave it as it is? I don't want to be messing around with thyroid meds if it's not necessary.
